On my journey to reverse the chronic disease I got from toxic mold I’ve had a hard time believing that healing will come and is possible…

Many others that are sick also experience this and you have to tell your body it’s possible and that you can heal otherwise you will stay in the same loop that keeps your body and nervous system in fight or flight… when you say maybe I’m to far gone, maybe I’ll never heal, I’m stuck this will never work your body learns to feel on edge constantly and never relax!

Instead change your mindset to maybe healing is possible, maybe I won’t be stuck forever, maybe my body can heal, maybe I’m not too far gone!

All this can help your nervous system relax and also change your brain’s chemistry of thinking!
