There's something about watching the world slowly wake up that just refreshes the soul. Think I can officially say I'm a sunrise > sunset person ๐ŸŒž . . . #benlomond #queenstownnz #purenewzealand #nzmustdo #ourlonelyplanet #lightroomedits #canonrebelt4i #canonnz #amateurphotography #landscapephotography #mountainsunrise #hikingnz by @mich.pleease
From the top of Ben Lomond, I could just see these distant tree tops surfacing from this low-lying layer of cloud down in the valley. Putting it in perspective, I thought about how tall these trees must actually be, and consequently how small we, as humans, were in comparison. This was a great reminder to myself that we are all just a bunch of tiny little ants living on this giant 4.5 billion year old planet. At the end of the day, each and everyone one of us is ultimately incredibly insignificant in the grandest scheme of the universe. There's no need to stress over the little things or things that are outside of our control. The only thing you CAN control is how you choose to accept and react to your feelings ๐ŸŒซ . . #ISODAY19 #benlomond #queenstownnz #purenewzealand #nzmustdo #ourlonelyplanet #canonrebelt4i #canonnz #hikingnz @moodygrams #lightroomedits #amateurphotography by @mich.pleease
Can't wait to have outdoor freedom again and more of this โ›บ๏ธ . . ๐Ÿ“ท @bennlang by @mich.pleease
ISO DAY 10: Solo sunrise hike up Ben Lomond. After nearly 2 years of living in Queenstown paired with a pandemic, I finally decided to hike to this summit that literally sits in my backyard. That gradual shift in perspective you experience from simply gaining elevation seriously matches nothing else. Feeling appreciative and refreshed. Lockdown life ain't so bad folks ๐Ÿค . . . #benlomond #queenstownnz #nzmustdo #newzealandlife #canonrebelt4i #canonnz #mountainlife #hikingnz #explorethebackyard #moodygrams #sunrisephotography #lightroomedits by @mich.pleease
In light of all these #crashchallenge s currently circulating the gram, I decided to compile every bail I could find on my phone since I started skating last summer. Now you can all watch me f*ck up on repeat ๐Ÿ™ƒ #skateboardingisfun #thankyouskateboarding @refurbskate @questqt @therabbitholecardrona by @mich.pleease
