The 22nd Street Cleanup was a success!

This cleanup gave us the opportunity to engage with friends, family, and neighbors in the area while also networking and fellowshipping with people who share a common love for the community.

Special thank you to @noodles.mor for allowing us to use their store as our HQ for the day, @shopnasgfx for capturing some of the clips, @the.healn.space and @patriothomecarepa for sponsoring the refreshments, and @reallex82 for coming through with the morning coffee and donuts.

We’re keeping the momentum going with another corridor clean-up, this time, on 5th Street!

This cleanup is another collaboration between Men Empowering Men and the 42nd Democratic Ward, with support from The Healn Space.

A special thank you to Patriot Home Care for sponsoring refreshments, and to GPASS for allowing us to use their space as our cleanup HQ for the day.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our Water Ice Wednesdays Fundraiser at Belfield Recreation Center! Every purchase helps support free summer activities, programs, and events for our community.
A very special thank you to our two incredible sponsors

Back at it — this time on the 22nd Street Corridor!

Men Empowering Men is partnering with Endangered Kind for another community clean-up as we continue working together to keep our corridors clean, welcoming, and cared for.

All materials will be provided, refreshments will be available, and everyone is welcome to come out.

Special thank you to M.O.R. Brilliance Convenience Store and Beauty Supply for allowing us to have their location as our cleanup HQ for the day.

In preparation for National Night Out on August 4th, Men Empowering Men and the 42nd Democratic Ward are coming together to support senior homeowners on the 300 block of East Rockland Street.

Senior homeowners will be able to choose one free service: painting or handyman support.

Over the next week or so, we’ll be identifying eligible seniors on the block, and the work will be completed leading up to the August 4th event.

This is about neighbors helping neighbors and making sure our seniors feel supported, seen, and cared for.
