POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Got a bit of a life update, feels like a good time finally break my 4 year streak of no posts.

I’m proud to say that after a year of hard work, meeting bunch of great new friends, and some real creative growth, I’ve just completed the Communication MFA programme at the Royal College of Art in London (@rca_mfacomm ). It’s somehow both flown by and been incredibly full, all thanks to the wonderful tutors, my fellow students (shoutout @amenaelezaby , @shrutimotta , @adivazfr ), and of course the support of my partner in everything, @cegodoy_ .

Still figuring out what’s next, but I promise that I will actually post some work from the past year within a normal timeframe. taken in London, United Kingdom by @michael.illustravery

Heyo, I know it’s been a minute, but I finally finished something! It’s Picnic Park, an entertainment complex for ants, featuring fruit rides, a wine river, and a ski sloop in a cooler.

I did the first version of this illustration as part of a contest for @theydrawandcook back in August, but I wasn’t happy with my final submission. So I’ve spent the last 9 months slowly working on it, adding details, and adjusting colors. More detailed shots coming soon. If you want to purchase a print, DM me!

Proud to announce that I’ll be joining the team @farmerswagon_org as a graphic design intern this fall. FarmersWagon.org is an online farmers market based out of eastern Maryland. It was created in March when in person farmers markets became impossible, and its goal is to keep the connection between local producers and customers alive. They commit 70% of their profits to combating food insecurity through their Care Package Program. You can learn more about the program and donate (if you are able and willing to) at farmerswagon.org. I’m excited to be joining the team and helping them as much as I can.

Here is the final illustration. It was my submission to @theydrawandtravel ‘s recent “Out of This World Map Challenge”. It was super fun getting back into water color, especially when painting turtles.

Every year on Earth, roughly one septillion (1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000) snow crystals fall from the sky. This is the last of the individual planets: next up, the final illustration.

Saturn has 82 moons, more than any other planet. This includes Enceladus, which may have an ocean underneath it’s frozen surface, and Titan, who’s methane lakes and frozen nitrogen landscapes could potentially harbor life.

A day on Mercury (176 earth days) lasts twice as long as a year (88 earth days).

Venus is the second brightest object in the night sky after the moon; it can even be seen on a clear day.

Triton, Neptune’s largest moon, has nitrogen geysers that shoot up to 5 miles high.

Mars has reverse-colored sunsets; it’s sky is red/pink during the day and blue at sunset. It also has a mountain 13 miles tall, which is the length of the island of Manhattan and 2.5 times taller than Mt Everest.
