GENUINE CONNECTION. PROVEN EXPERIENCE. ONE STRONGER YOU.
Real transformation isn’t about flashy promises - it’s about heart, trust, and the connections we build along the way.
Over 40 years in fitness have taught me that training goes far beyond the weights. It’s about the memories created, the confidence gained, and the supportive relationships that keep you grounded when life gets busy. I’ve spent my life living this journey, earning titles along the way, but my true passion is helping everyday people discover what they’re truly capable of achieving.
As your Personal Trainer, my role is to walk alongside you - providing the warm encouragement, structured guidance, and deep experience you need to feel comfortable and confident in your skin.
Whether your goal is to build strength, drop body fat, improve your energy, or simply find a positive space to work on yourself - your journey should feel personal and fulfilling.
Together, we’ll shape a plan that fits your life, creating a supportive partnership built on clear communication, shared milestones, and real progress.
No pressure. No quick-fix gimmicks. No feeling like just another number.
Just authentic coaching, genuine human connection, and a steady hand to guide you every step of the way.
Your journey starts with a simple conversation. Let’s create something meaningful together.

ONE VISION. ONE DIRECTION. ONE STRONGER YOU.
Real transformation starts with a clear vision - knowing where you want to go and committing to the journey.
I know what it takes because I live it every day. Training with purpose, staying disciplined when motivation fades, and continually pushing to become stronger, fitter and better.
As your Personal Trainer, my role is to give you the structure, accountability and expertise to turn your vision into lasting results.
Whether your goal is to build strength and muscle, lose body fat, improve your fitness, feel more confident, or simply become the strongest version of yourself — your training should have a purpose.
Together, we create a plan around your goals, your lifestyle and your starting point, then build the consistency needed to make real progress.
No guesswork. No wasted sessions. No quick fixes.
Just focused training, expert guidance, accountability and a clear direction forward.
Your vision starts with a decision.
Let’s turn it into reality.

Working hard isn’t the same as getting results.
One of the biggest mistakes I see isn’t that people don’t train hard...
It’s that they’re doing more work instead of doing the right work.
After more than 4 decades of training experience, I’ve learnt that your body doesn’t care how exhausted you feel.
It responds to quality.
Quality movement.
Quality technique.
Quality progression.
Quality recovery.
Especially if you’re a busy adult juggling work, family and life. You don’t need to spend two hours in the gym.
You need every minute to count. That’s why my clients don’t just exercise. They train with purpose.
Every rep has a reason.
Every session has a plan.
Every week builds on the last.
That’s how you build strength...
Improve your health...
Reduce injuries...
And keep making progress year after year.
Fitness shouldn’t leave you broken.
It should make your life better.
If you’re putting in the effort but not seeing the results you deserve...
Let’s change that. DM or come chat with me in the gym @wgmarrickville

No two fitness journeys look the same, and that’s exactly what makes coaching so rewarding.

Every single person I train comes in with a different vision. For some, it’s about shedding weight and feeling comfortable in their own skin. For others, it’s about building serious strength or finally moving without chronic pain. And for many, it’s simply about having the energy to keep up with their kids and setting up a vibrant, healthy future.

While the milestones look different for everyone, my dedication to your success never changes. 💯 If you need a trainer who genuinely cares, keeps you accountable, and builds a plan tailored to your life, I’m here for you.

I have a few openings left for dedicated individuals to join me at World Gym Marrickville.
