The time has come. I’ve been blessed to be able to wear Watervliet across my chest since I was a little boy. I never thought this day would come, but as I sit here, it’s time.

I just want to thank everyone who has been with me during this chapter of my life, such as my family, my Lord and Savior, my brothers on the field, the support I get from my little league where I play, and many more. This chapter is one of my favorites. When I step out on the field, it’s time — Showbiz comes out, and everything goes away. It’s just me, my boys, and the ball.

I just can’t believe the time playing for this small town is over, and I will look back on it every day because I’ve made so many relationships through this sport, such as this bond of brotherhood we had this year. Definitely my favorite team I’ve been a part of, for sure.

But with that comes an end to my career of representing the Watervliet family. Don’t be upset it’s over — be happy it happened.

For the last time… #2 Showbiz signing out. by @michael_b.22
