What a day! Seeing my car beeing displayed among things like the 24hrs m3 touring, the julie mehretu art car, cars from the @banzai.collection or the awesome e9 of @brennraum_ still feels like a dream for me. It was a blast @unknowninc__ thank you @hfmstrs and @bmw @bmwclassic @alpina_classic @alpinagemeinschaft @carina_alpinaclassic #undrgrnd #hfmstrs #bmw2002 #bmw2002alpina @bmw2002faq @bmw2002forever by @michael_compensis

The last time I did the @grossglocknerhochalpenstrasse I swore to my self „never again“ because it was just too overcrowded. Now as we had to get back to Munich from Italy I realized we never did it with the e36 328i nor from south to north, so we just decided to give the road one more chance. What shall I say: it was a blast! Almost no other cars we had to share the road with and doing it the other way round gave us a complete different perspective… so you again #grossglockner @hfmstrs @bmwclassic #bmwe36 by @michael_compensis

We just stumbled into this small but lovely classic car meeting in #grado … enjoying the last summer vibes. Italians really know how to preserve little details and how much a period correct license plate does for the appearance of a classic car! #classiccars #classiccarspotting @comunedigrado #comunedigrado @asiautomotoclubstoricoitaliano by @michael_compensis

Another cool Accessoire: when the “Essen Motorshow” still was the “Jochen Rindt Show” around 1970 by @michael_compensis

Winter is more about collecting parts and memorabilia… just picked up these original BMW gloves as seen in the 75 accessories brochure… too small for me but lovely! #bmwalpina #bmwmemorabilia by @michael_compensis

What a cool find! Have you ever seen a Hemo Triptaeller before? What a great and amazingly engineered rally Kilometer counter! 10m accuracy and can be calibrated seamlessly just by turning a screw! What do you think. Shall I install it in KF-N 999?

Bored by the Autostrada? Why not taking the Penser Joch Pass to actually safe one kilometer between Bolzano and Vipiteno?! (Maybe not faster but much more beautiful!) #penserjoch #bmwclassic #hfmstrs #bmw02 by @michael_compensis
