I helped my boy @angel_m3ndoza turn this single family home into a multi-family (3 units under one roof) we added two walls, magically added a door that leads to a single car garage, turned a closet into a powder room for guest (toilet) added small set of stairs.. We did the framing, drywall, taping, texture, paint, flooring cabinets literally everything except plumbing and electrical..
Loved how everything came out in all units this is just one of them .. tell me what u guys think #carpentry #framer #painter #construction #lovelife #skillstopaythebills #cantstopwontstop💪 by @michael_killav
