Thanks @letsrockcf The @rivershalfmarathon is easily one of the best run events in the state. I had a great time volunteering for the expo on Saturday and running the race Sunday! Tons of fun conversations with everyone and the community shows up strong. #run #halfmarathon #runner by @michael_ostrowski_

81 Miles in 22 hours

Showed up and gave it my all for this. Came in HOT with 50 miles in 10 hours then spent hours dealing with stomach issues. Was able to get back to it with a lot of help from others. It was great being able to catch up and run with a few of the runners that ran last year too! Marie once again helped me walk/run the last 10 mile. Steve providing a fist bump every-time we passed each other and everyone at the event being supportive and helpful. Was it what I wanted,
No, but I had a lot of fun with great people. Until next year!

Thanks to @every1needsasteve for putting on the event. Thanks @evanwasz for all the amazing photos and thanks to @austin_lew109 for crewing. taken in Heritage Park by @michael_ostrowski_

Thanks Detroit 3:09:45

Easily the hardest run I’ve ever had, the start felt great hitting pace. Around 1 minute off goal time coming into mile 11 I was still super confident. I just couldn’t shake the heat from the tunnel, dumping water on my head and have volunteers throw water at me nothing was helping. Lost the pace completely at 16 and decided just to finish without walking. Thanks @freepmarathon Until next time. taken in Detroit, Michigan by @michael_ostrowski_

1:24:50! Not my best work but still a PR. idk who put all these hills here but the city needs to reevaluate them.

Also hair = 🔥. #ithacahalfmarathon #gorgeithaca #ithaca #run #running #halfmarathon #invincible taken in Ithaca, New York by @michael_ostrowski_
