You can’t tell I already have kids?!🫣🐰🐰 But honestly—so many of my friends are already married or having kids. And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that! But the same way, there’s also nothing wrong with not being married before 30 or not having kids right now. 🤷‍♀️ I get asked so often: “When are you two getting married?” “When are you having kids?” As if it’s something I have to do, as if it was a checklist I am behind on 🙈 Well—it’s not! ❤️ I’m 27, still figuring myself out… and truthfully, I absolutely love my life just the way it is, living with my boyfriend and our two fur babies 🐰 🥰 and I am happy to see how it unfolds. So here’s to doing what feels right for YOU 🥰 Let’s stop pressuring others to live a certain story— Write your own story 🌸 . . . #petparent #petparents #bunnyparents #inspirationalreel #yourdreams #petslovers by @michaela.carys

1. At 27, I started and shut down 4 different businesses. After some time, I realized I wasn’t truly aligned with any of them. Now I finally feel like I am exactly where I am supposed to be, and see the best results as well. It taught me there is nothing wrong with learning lessons and changing direction. 2. I cried many times when sales of my bunny guide came in. Each time, it reminded me that I’m making a real impact and helping other pet parents — and that I’m on the right track. 3. I gave my first bunny away. I didn’t know much about bunnies back when I was a teenager, but I knew he deserved better. I thought I’d never get another one. 4. I wanted to be a vet with my own clinic when I was younger, but I could not imagine seeing pets suffer. Now I get to work with pets and help others without having to see animals suffer every day, and I love what I do! 5. I often feel misunderstood because I don’t live the life everyone expects. Some of my family questioned me when I decided to start my own business. But I keep going for my goals, even when it gets hard. I know the only way to fail is to give up. 6. When one of my bunnies had a serious GI stasis, my first reaction was to cry and panic while calling to my boyfriend. But then, I turned to my own guide — and realized this is exactly what I am teaching others and I've got this! I used my own guide to heal him (he was fine within 4 hours!). 7. I always say goodnight to my bunnies. Not because I’m scared, but because I deeply value that they’re alive and here with me. Life is fragile, and I never want to take it for granted. 8.I love watching my buns eat their cecotropes. It’s such a wholesome, cute little moment of them just being healthy bunnies, even if my boyfriend thinks it’s weird. . . . #iamnotashamed #content creator #bunnycare #rabbitcaretips #bunnyworld #bunnyloversofinstagram by @michaela.carys
The problem was ONLY MY PERSPECTIVE ✨ Just a few days ago, I felt a bit down. It's the end of the year, and I haven't reached my yearly goals! 🎯😭 But then I looked at all what I HAVE REACHED. And I was amazed.🤯 I reached so many goals of mine, and I even achieved totally unexpected things, such as reaching millions of people on Instagram and growing gast organically 🔥 So today, I’m not focusing on what I didn’t do—I’m celebrating what I DID❤️ Thank you to every single person who’s been part of my journey, whether IRL or online, thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🥰🙏 Here’s to an even BIGGER and brighter 2025 for us all. 🍾 Let’s keep chasing our dreams—because trust me, we’re more capable than we think. 💥 by @michaela.carys
I wish I knew this when I started🙄 I used to track calories and recommended the same to my clients 🙈 While it might be beneficial to have an overview of calories, little did I know that... Calorie counting might be doing more harm than good. Here's why⬇️ 1. Not All Calories Are Equal A 100-calorie candy bar affects your body differently than 100 calories of grass-fed beef. Quality matters more than numbers. 2. Stress and Obsession Constantly tracking every bite creates stress, which raises cortisol levels. This can actually lead to weight gain and poor health. 3. Ignores Nutrient Needs Focusing solely on calories means you might miss out on essential nutrients your body needs to thrive. 4. Slows Metabolism Eating too little or now enough nutrients can signal your body to hold onto fat, making long-term progress harder. #health #biohacking #nutrition #fitness #wellness by @michaela.carys
This is simply mind blowing, isn't it? 🤯 Did you know that the nutrient composition of foods is declining once they are out of the ground?📉 Eating LOCALLY is more important than you might have thought 🤍 FOLLOW for more content like this 🚀 #health #nutrition #fitness #biohacking by @michaela.carys
Not many people know this, but...🤫 Bunnies are incredibly smart! 🥰 Did you teach some tricks to your bunny?🐰 #bunnies #rabbits #animallovers by @michaela.carys
Still any doubts? 😅✨ #personalgrowth #fitness #motivation #health by @michaela.carys
Unexpected ? 😅 And now imagine this ⬇️ 🚫 There is not only less micronutrients in wholefoods, we eat less wholefoods than ever as well! 🚫 Most "fit" products are highly processed and micronutrient deficient - they are far from wholefoods! How can we expect to thrive? Only by ⬇️ ✅ Focusing on eating mostly whole foods ✅ Cutting down on processed foods - even though they are low sugar, high protein, zero calorie etc ✅ Getting proteinbars and snacks that are minimally processed, well balanced, and filled with wholefoods - @fittreat.official protein bars are your best friend! 💕🌱 #health #fitness #realfood #personalgrowth by @michaela.carys
Learn from my mistakes👇❗First FOLLOW @michaela.empowers to learn how to get your dream body, transform your health & feel great 💚 For years I struggled with weight regain, cravings & overeating, and not feeling good about myself. Does that sound familiar? I am sharing my "oops" moments, so you don't have go through them too. Leaving these 3 approaches behind will save you years of unnecessary struggles. Mistakes ⬇️ 1️⃣Stepping on scale daily: While it is important to track progress and do regular "check-ins", stepping on scale daily, especially as a woman with lots of fluctuations, can lead to frustration and discouragement. It also leads to obsessing about the number on the scale, and overlooking other important indicators of progress, such as energy, sleep, discipline, and looks in the mirror. 2️⃣Focusing solely on calories: While calories play an important role when it comes to fat loss, QUALITY of foods matters at least just as much, if not more. Eating highly processed, low-calorie or high-protein snacks with lots of artificials messes with your cravings, digestion, and overall health. 3️⃣Avoiding sugar at all costs: Eating lots of zero sugar products with artificial sweeteners is more harmful for your body than eating natural sugars from fruits or honey. Artificial sweeteners and additives are highly processed, hard to digest, disrupt microbiome (good bacteria in your gut 🦠), mess with cravings, appetite, and overall health. Not making these 3 mistakes will produce better results, faster 🚀 This is why you should learn from people who have already done it. I have my dream body AND I eat burger too 🍔 I thought this was not possible. But it is, because I've done it. And you can too! ☺️ Eating well is not about being perfect 100% of the time. Eating well means BALANCE 🤍 Eating mostly natural foods - around 80% of the time, knowing what to eat to get enough nutrients in, regulate hormones, satisfy cravings, stay satisfied, etc. However, it also means "there's no food you can never have." If there is one thing that sets me apart from all the other nutrition professionals, it is that I never demonize any foods. Why? Labelling foods as good vs. bad only leads to: ❌All or nothing mentality ❌Binging ❌Increased cravings for the "forbidden" foods ❌So-called cheat days (you are cheating just on yourself btw.) ❌ Feelings of restriction It is pretty counter productive. I've tried both approaches, restrictive vs. non-restrictive one. Guess what I managed to stick to the longest, and which one of these helped me to get the body of my dreams 🤍 What would be your guess? 😉 #mindsetmatters #nutrition #healthylifestyle #health #dreambody #foodie #healthyfood #naturalfood #balanceddiet #balance #weightlossjourney by @michaela.carys
