HUMAN LAB - a laboratory for good humans who strive to become the best version of themselves.

Located in Brno.

From the inside out. And from the outside in. ✨

I’ve always loved transforming people in a way that doesn’t make them become someone else, but instead helps them become even more themselves.
To feel more confident. To shine. To find their center and become deeply rooted in who they truly are.

Because to me, true style and true beauty have never been just about trends.

And that’s exactly how I think about spaces, too.

When the opportunity came to transform an old communist-era gym into something completely new, I knew I didn’t want to create just another place where people come to work out and then rush to leave.

I’ve never liked the cold feeling of traditional gyms. I’m sensitive to the energy of a space - the materials, the light, and most importantly, how a place makes us feel.

So why not create a holistic gym?

Natural materials? Absolutely.
Minimalism? Definitely.
Nothing unnecessarily distracting. Warm lighting around the mirrors, a welcoming vibe, and a space that feels good not only to work out in, but simply to be in.

And most importantly?

Movement shouldn’t be just about burning calories.

It should be a moment to slow down, come back to yourself, and allow your body, mind, and soul to find their rhythm again.

HUMAN LAB is about to celebrate its first birthday, and I’m grateful that I had the chance to be there from the very beginning, to leave a piece of myself in it, and to bring a little inspiration to my hometown from a place that has influenced me so deeply - California.

HUMAN LAB is a little bit like my baby. And my wish is that its first steps continue to fulfill the wishes and needs of all of you who take care of yourselves with love and enjoy coming to HUMAN LAB. May it be a place that inspires you, supports you, and helps you become the best version of yourself inside and out. ✨

Because in the end…

You are the gratest project you will ever work on.

A možná ani nemá.
