I’m sure it to most people who follow me, this will probably be boring, but the “Lift Shelf” is a product that I came up with a few years ago and since I had some interest, I’ve decided to offer them for sale. They are made from 1/4” thick 5052 Aluminum, will cost $200 each, and come with four mounting studs, so the same bench can move to each arm of the lift depending what part of the car you are working on. This is a “how to” install installation video. If you or anyone you know is interested in purchasing one please send them my way. The Gen 4 Tacoma long travel system is on the tail end of TC’s R&D process - 500 dirt miles 💨💨 used & abused 🤘We’ve been logging the durability miles, learning the new platform and brain storming cool new products we will be rolling out for the new Tacoma’s.

Here is a peek behind the lens on a recent trip out to burn some petrol and play in the desert. One thing is certain - we sure do know how to enjoy the ride of life!! And there is no shortage of causing CHAOS along the way.

Staying a small independently owned and operated business has a lot of perks. We design parts for function and we don’t have to meet shareholder expectations. TC parts are designed and built from passion for the sport. And for us wanting to push the limits of @toyotausa vehicles!

Don’t mistake that though. The shareholders are the team that shows up every day to hand craft your parts that are Made in the USA 🇺🇸. Their expectations are what you get when you open every TC product.

Happy Father’s Day to a real one. Ever present, good bad or ugly I can always count on Papa Allen to be there. Whenever I hear CCR (Creedence Clearwater Revival) it takes me back to being around 9 driving out to California City to go camping, my dad throwing in some mixxed cassette tape into the dash of the 89 Ford 460 loaded with bikes and if you know my dad, A LOT of wood, while towing the trailer Mother F-ing any cars that got in our way as we attempted to build up speed to climb the grapevine. @toyotalyawsome in the front seat, myself, @evanrude316 in the back with his late brother Troy (RIP). 20 years……. This month I will have worked at @totalchaosfabrication for more than half my life. In 2006 I walked in the door buying replacement parts for the truck that I was helping @bmetcho86 build and race in MDR. Nicole didn’t know it but three days prior I had to quit my job at Big-O-Tire in Fontana where I was working while attending trade school at UTI, because they wouldn’t give me a raise to $9.00/hr. I happened to walk in on a day that @the_real_dan_vance was at the shop bugging everyone and I jokingly asked Andy if they were hiring, and stated that I’d be willing to sweep the floors and work for free for a week to prove my worth. @dirt.hurts popped out of her office and said “come in on Monday”. @totalchaosfabrication took me in as family, and for the past 20 years has watched me grow, succeed, stumble, struggle, and continue to grow. My 12th grade self could’ve never dreamt of getting the dream job at Total Chaos, start by sweeping the floors, work in basic fabrication, production fabrication, production welding, packaging, and for the last eight years in research and development. I’ve had the privilege of working on pre-production vehicles, race cars, helped design and develop projects with the US military, buy a home with @keith.hausner, and create parts that I was passionate about. We have laughed, screamed, argued, cried, overcome and grown together. There is so much more that I’d like to write here, but there’s not enough room, maybe I will bring start a monthly photo storytime from the last 20 years. Heres to the next 20 years of causing Chaos! Thank you Matt for teaching me everything you know, being patient enough to deal with me, and entertaining my wacky ideas, Nicole for trusting me like family and pushing me to improve; as well as Pat, Keith and the rest of the Total Chaos family for making the last 20 years so goddamn entertaining and enjoyable! 2007 Rock Creek Matt show me how to catch my first fish by @michaelallen1987
