Hi!!! Thought it might be time for a little reintroduction 👋 I’m Michaela, a land & sea adventure lifestyle and fashion photographer. I’m based on Oahu, Hawaii (always open to travel). My work aims to inspire a love of nature, its playground, and the people who play in it ✨

I offer digital photography in and out of the water, pre-and-post-production services including but not limited to casting and location scouting, short-form video, lo-fi content + bts, UGC social media packages, and 35mm photography to fit your vision. Introducing, WHALE ART STUDIOS

This project was born after photographer @michaelarabinov first encounter swimming with and photographing humpback whales off the coast of Tonga in 2023. Beneath the surface, she discovered a world that was both powerful and profoundly quiet. She found that removing color from her images revealed the raw emotion and simplicity of those feelings.

Whale Art Studios exists to share that experience - to bring serene, monochromatic ocean scenes into your space, and to inspire a deeper appreciation for the beauty and importance of our marine world.

Whale Art Studios strongly stands by its mission to support only ethical ocean tourism and wildlife encounters. 5% of all profits donated to @sealegacy 🐋
