The ladies putting in that work to be ready to roll at The Battle at Branded One!

The event is Sat Nov 7 at @brandedonecrossfit and also includes a great fundraising element to support an amazing cause.

Hope to see you there as the Unhinged Feral Animals make their push for the podium!

Now that we’re 1/3 of the way through September, I’ll go ahead and share our Puerto Rico trip from the beginning of August. 👀😍💖☀️🌊🏝️🐚

We had been “planning” this trip for 10 years, as it was our 10 year wedding anniversary. Nick and I went to PR for our honeymoon, and always talked about taking the kids for our ten years, next time we went. It was still just as breathtaking as we remembered it, this time with more time, so more places to visit.

We spent the first part of our trip on the little island of Vieques, where our family renewed our vows. (More pics to come). And the last part of our trip on the main island, visiting San Juan, Bayamon, Toa Baja, Levittown and of course the El Yunque rainforest! by @michaelawesselman
