Kona 2026. The day I will both remember forever, and try to forget.

I had incredible legs coming out of the swim and knew I was in a good spot approaching Hawi. I was there, I was happy and effortless. Long story short, after the turnaround I had about 40min of fun - tire repair and running on the Queen K to find a mechanic. But who cares.

I got going again and put together a respectable finish, one I can look back on and be proud of. It’s a tough pill to swallow, thinking what I could have done differently. That’s the sport I guess.

Thank you to my team @foleyathletics_ @tfoleyracing for a great season.

Thank you to my family and friends for your support and cheers.

And Sarah, who sees every ounce of effort that goes into this. I love you❤️💍 by @michaelbankes

It’s my absolute honor to accept the 2026 Royal Scoop Best Original Ice Cream Flavor Award 🥇 I do not take this lightly and I hope to uphold the standard that the flavors and creators before me have set.

Butter Me Up was born out of a desire to get that nostalgic, homey feeling out of every bite and it could not have turned out better. Now available in all stores for 365 days (minimum)! See you next National Ice Cream Day! Free ice cream for one year✅ taken in Royal Scoop Homemade Ice Cream at Berkshire by @michaelbankes

Cup filled up type weekend 🇺🇸

5th overall amateur, 4:11 at NA Champs in Happy Valley. The biggest and best @foleyathletics_ team race to date. Great times on and off the course. Really pleased coming off Jax a few weeks ago. Few easy days then back on the horse and buggy! taken in Happy Valley by @michaelbankes

P4 overall and got the age group win at Ironman Jax on a day that tested me in some new ways. Learning more every time I go the distance. Lots to improve as we build to Kona 🌺

8:49 is a big step in the right direction for me but I still see room to get faster. Big thanks to everyone in my corner! @foleyathletics_ @tfoleyracing

And of course @sarah.m.carter being a trooper all weekend keeping me in the right head space🥰 couldn’t do any of this without you!

IMMOO🐮 Headed to the Ironman World Championships in Kona for the first time next October!!🌺

My swim put me in a pretty good spot to start the day, but I struggled to find my fight on the bike. Luckily the run legs were there and I ran sub-3 for the marathon to move from 23rd to 11th place overall. That was just enough to get the Kona slot!

Big big thanks to everyone in my corner for supporting me last weekend! I am incredibly grateful for you all. Thank you Britt, Scott, Mom and Dad, Mike and Peg, best team out there! Big congrats to @brittanybankes on finishing her first 70.3!

Special thank you to Sarah for keeping me sane through the 4am alarms and crazy schedule❤️ your support is everything to me! (And thanks for agreeing to Honeymoon in Kona😘)

Thank you to my coach @tfoleyracing and Sophie for working with me alongside the @foleyathletics_ team in this build📈. Every year presents new challenges and this one was no exception. We always made it work with the time we had!

Had a fun day out at 70.3 Muncie. First race in about a year - and man it felt like it! Hoping to keep pushing the next few weeks in my IM Wisconsin build and give it all I have. Congrats to all finishers 😀
