‼️ARE YOU ALKALIZING YOUR BODY FOR OPTIMAL HEALTH AND ENERGY?!?‼️

The pH of your body and blood is about 7.4, which is alkaline and must be maintained for your body to function properly, stay alive, and sustain optimal health and energy. 💪

One way to alkalize your body is by eating raw fruits and vegetables on a daily basis because they are alive with electrons and have an alkaline pH or have alkaline minerals. 🥒

Another way, and the most powerful way, to alkalize your body is to drink KANGEN ELECTROLYZED WATER, which is alive with molecular hydrogen gas, the most powerful antioxidant. 💦

If you want to improve your energy, stamina, vitality, longevity and overall health, start consuming at least 7 raw fruits and vegetables a day and drinking at least 1 gallon/3.785 liters of Kangen water a day. 😍

DM me or click the link in my bio if you want more information about Kangen water and call me directly at +1 909-754-2222 if you’re ready to invest in a Kangen water ionizer machine! 👍

‼️HAPPY OCTOBER EVERYONE!!!‼️

I love the phrase from the poem “The Road Not Taken” by American poet Robert Frost:

“TWO ROADS DIVERGED IN A WOOD AND I TOOK THE ONE LESS TRAVELED BY AND THAT HAS MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE.” 😍

The reason I love this phrase is because most people will be taking it easy, attending parties and celebrating the holidays the last 90 days of 2026, but I want you to:

✅ STAY FOCUSED

✅ KEEP YOUR FOOT ON THE GAS PEDAL

✅ AND CONTINUE TAKING DAILY, CONSISTENT ACTION TOWARDS YOUR GOALS THE LAST 90 DAYS OF THIS YEAR!

Take “the road less traveled by” because that “will make all the difference!” 🙏

Most people believe the following saying: “WHEN I SEE IT, THEN I’LL BELIEVE IT.” 🚫

Actually the opposite is true: “WHEN I BELIEVE IT, THEN I WILL SEE IT.” 💯

Our MINDSET plays a very important part in what actually becomes reality in our life. 🧠

For example, I believe that I will be a multi-millionaire one day; if I didn’t believe this, then I won’t have the necessary MINDSET, EMOTIONS or take the necessary ACTIONS to become a multi-millionaire! 🤩

So remember that the saying that is actually true is: “WHEN I BELIEVE IT, THEN I WILL SEE IT! 😍🙏❤️

Although 9/11 was one of the most tragic events in United States and world history, let’s remember what matters most in life and celebrate life to the fullest, be grateful to God for our family and friends and all our blessings, and let love, peace and harmony rule over fear, hatred and violence. 🥰🙏❤️

GOD BLESS AMERICA AND THE WORLD!!! 🇺🇸🌍❤️
