Few things are as fulfilling as spending three months smiling and laughing in the gym so that I can spend a few minutes smiling and enjoying life in the cage. It’s a privilege to show my passion with my friends and family❤️

Thank you @3izzhe3 for stepping in the cage with me.

Thank you @rogermamedov and all my friends @williamsburgmma for putting up with me and helping me develop my skills in the gym.

Thank you @thehappymitch for being my honey🥰 by @michaelbruno57

Chapter 3 of The Bone Collectors is complete! We still have a long ways to go before the book is finished, but we wanted to celebrate this milestone with the opening of our merch shop on Red Bubble! (Link in bio).

All your support will go directly to helping @mkimart and @michaelbruno57 finish this project and get published!

We are both extremely proud of what we’ve put together so far. We were able to share our work with industry professionals at comic con, and after getting strong positive feedback, we are more motivated than ever to get this book published.

Thank you again for everyone’s support❤️ by @michaelbruno57

4 years ago I took @thehappymitch to @fushimigroup on our first date. I didn’t have a job and I was living at @williamsburgmma. She generously split the bill with me, then. Now we share a bank account so I don’t have to worry about those things💁🏻‍♂️❤️💍 by @michaelbruno57

Jacob and I had a kitchen remodel in our home this past month and you won’t believe what we discovered hidden in the gable attic! —a love poem from Robert Frost, written and addressed to my great-grandmother’s sister, Nora Wetmore. Jacob and I didn’t think too much of it (though it was quite Raunchy or shall we say, “sappy”) until we saw the signature, R. Frost at the end. Intrigued by the possibility of being from the legendary poet himself, we looked into it further and sought the expertise of leading professionals Dr. Thomas Ruttenburg from West Goshen University’s History Department and Dr. Victoria Elspeth Aldrich, PhD, MFA, from Chittenden College. They both meticulously examined the letter, analyzing its handwriting, composition, and historical context. After thorough investigation, they confirmed that this is indeed an authentic Robert Frost original, shedding new light on an unexpected and deeply personal connection that our family has to this well known and renowned poet. SO COOL!

Here’s the Poem:

Spring for Nora

The sap begins its upward thrust
Through veins once rigid with the frost,
My drill makes entrance, slow and just,
As sweetness flows from winter lost.
The maple yields its hidden prize,
My bucket hangs to catch the spill.
The forest floor begins to rise
As life awakens with a thrill.
We boil our harvest through the night,
Our bodies glisten, steam ascends.
The liquid thickens, rich and tight,
Till satisfaction marks the end.
So goes the spring in Vermont lands,
Where pleasure flows from tree to pan—
The sweetest essence nature hands
To those who know just how to tap.
