Hello! I’m Michael, a personal trainer from London, now living in Paris where I’m performing in Singin’ in the Rain. I believe fitness should help you live a more expansive life, not make it smaller or more restrictive. I love to travel, party, workout, meditate and believe they can all live together in the same world, without making your life any less vibrant. Many of my clients have varied, often unconventional jobs and lives. I help them with how fitness can still be structured into that, so they can reach their goals, and feel their best in their bodies when they are out there enjoying their life. I’ll be sharing fitness tips and ideas on my approach to finding balance between movement, mindfulness and still living life to the full :) by @michaelbyersmovement
