Master printer and artist Michael Flomen expands his darkroom out into the wild to create large-scale, avant-garde, cameraless photograms in confluence with nature. From the streets of the world to the wilds of North America, this monograph traces in 182 images and 8 critical essays the evolution of Flomen’s originality of vision.

Installation View of my exhibition in Miami @dianalowenstein_gallery in 2010. The exhibition was titled Inside Out, and also included photograms along with these scûlptures. The cabin was later shown in Miami at the first Miami Sculpture Biennale in 2010 produced by Gary Nader. Curated by Ricardo Pau-Llosa. More three dimensional works are in progress….
