I recently finished reading Roll the Calls by Ari Emanuel, and one thing that really stood out to me was his relentless work ethic and persistence. He may be a polarizing figure, but his drive and determination are unquestionable. He would make 300 to 400 calls a day! Let that sink in.

What struck me most was how much the talent representation business has in common with commercial real estate. At the end of the day, it’s about the client. Understanding their needs, building relationships, recognizing opportunities, and being willing to put in the work to deliver results.

The industries may be different, but the fundamentals are similar.

A great read and a great reminder that success takes consistency, determination, and a commitment to the people who put their trust in you.
