Merry Christmas from the Cox Fam in St. George, UT. Come visit us. Here’s what we’ve been up to this year:

Mikey (16)- college & hs classes, socializing ALL the time, enrolls in everything posssible.
Josh (14)- loves the gym and is trying out track & field this spring.
Hannah (12)- community theatre, piano, babysits, loves painting and making resin keychains
Lizzy (9)- Ninja, dance and sewing classes, playing with friends and making art projects.
Amanda- pickleball, sewing humanitarian projects, community band, church callings, and an attempt at gardening this year.
Mike- property management, Tesla enthusiast, hired employees to lighten the work load, and so he can start back up on his pilot’s license in the spring.

Most importantly, everyday our family is trying to come closer to the Lord Jesus and practice Christlike love. We are glad to have each of yours friendship and love and hope that 2023 is the best year ever for each of you. We love you.

Since it seems like @pinkboxdoughnuts will never actually open in St George we tried @the.donut.run that recently opened in Desert Hills Plaza. A better location and actually selling donuts. taken in St. George, Utah by @michaelhcox

on Monday, December 21st, while surrounded by my 3 siblings and I our father completed his finals and graduated. He has returned home to that God who gave him life, and, I believe, was met by our angel sister Michelle who passed away in 2013. It has been a great and terrible several days. It has been great as he is no longer in pain, no longer confused, and no longer in need of constant help, but terrible as we no longer get to see him. I have spent the last 3+ years, since we moved here, going to his house almost daily to see him, check on him and mom, work out of his home office, and just be around him. While I have a firm believe that I will see him again, I still miss him. Grief is a funny thing, hard to know exactly how to handle it and how it will manifest itself from moment to moment.

His funeral will be next Tuesday, December 29th. by @michaelhcox

13-year old Mikey is working on his Eagle Scout Service project. For his project he is collecting and refurbishing Windows 10 computers and laptops. Any confidential data will be securely wiped and they will be set back to factory defaults. He will then be traveling to the @mount_of_olives orphanage and school in Mexico and setup a computer lab.

To help cover costs for travel and equipment he is making and selling chicken enchiladas with Macayo red sauce. They are $15 for a pan of 8.

He and I will be in Las Vegas tomorrow (July 29th) delivering enchiladas and collecting donations. Let me know if you’d like any enchiladas or have any computers you’d be willing to donate. Thank you in advance. :) by @michaelhcox
