Snakehead season has come to an end. Caught 96 this season well short of my 160+ last year but I’ve used this year to diversify and learn fishing as many species as possible.

In honor of the season coming to a close with most snakehead going into hibernation, here’s my favorite 3 catches of the year including my PB at 33 inches and 14lbs in the last slide.

Onto fishing for trophy striped bass until the dead of winter 🙂‍↕️

CALL JEREMY WADE 🗣️

1 cast is all it took to crush my PB today. This dragon was fry ball guarding in the reed line and when she saw the chatterbait swim by she couldn’t help but dawg it! 33 inches, 15lbs 🦖

Sunday morning tradition:

34 years straight I’ve woken up every Sunday as an Atlanta Falcons fan and many days those Sundays don’t go my way but every Sunday I’ll wake up hype as ever ready to watch my dirty birds.

As life has evolved and my kids have joined in my fandom, every morning we have a pre game dance party without fail. Rise up as always!

More art, less memes.

Ever since I was a child I was inspired by film. For lack of better words, well crafted cinema made me feel alive inside. I envied those who made beautiful cinematic creations and spent years trying and deleting my creations and feeling what i made was inferior to those works of art that made day to day life feel like a movie.

Today I’m pivoting into content that makes me feel alive and pushing towards the ultimate goal of building this passionate fire in my soul. I’ve never felt more proud of making a 1 minute piece of content and look forward to growing in the space of film making that surrounds my life and the peace that outdoors brings me as a human being.

Took the summer days for granted.

Days get colder, fishing gets slower & snow soon comes.

Been taking life slow, appreciating the now, and peeling drag per usual.

Your grass will always be greener where you water it.

Blues Cues 🐾

Topwater and Jigging bluefish was the name of the game today. Boat even pulled in a nice bull red to top it all off.

Striper season opener was a success 🐄

Put 5 in the boat with Cpt Mike & East Coast Light Tackle Charters. They wanted the bone Lonely Anglers plug all morning with too many blowups to count.

Can’t wait til late fall when the true 🐄’s come back to the bay from up north

Heard my boy @we.aint.worried needed me so I had to load up the rods and get him on some trophies to get his mind back in the game. Minor setback for a major comeback 💪🏾
