ALERT: Fake Spam Account Impersonating My Offical Instagram.

Hi friends, just alerting you to a fake account that’s been impersonating my own Instagram account here.

This person’s username is michael.jsealey - you’ll see there’s an extra full stop in there, but it’s subtle and looks almost identical to mine.

Please know I’ll never message you and then ask you for money, or do whatever this person is doing via conversations to abuse your trust.

If you are contacted by this fake account, please do report them.

And thank you so much to all of you who have alerted me to this, I really appreciate you reaching out to let me know.

Connecting with my ancestral roots in Cornwall, UK, has taken me all the way to Tintagel Castle, the legendary birthplace of King Arthur! It took a few months’ practice but finally I was able to do a free balancing yoga headstand in the middle of the room 😀 (FYI a great yoga YouTube channel is “Yoga with Adrienne” I definitely recommend her video sessions 🙏) Keep setting your goals today, no matter their size - and then take your positive action, as best you can, in each new moment. That is a powerful way to find what feels good 🌀

Here’s a simple 7 day challenge for helping you to feel good: Every morning for the next week, listen to a short mindfulness meditation track; and every evening for the next week, before bed, listen to a positive sleep hypnosis track. Then check in with yourself after the week to assess your overall mood, energy and focus. You can listen to my work (or whomever you choose) but I think this will benefit you in many ways 🙏😁🌀
