🇬🇧 A little while ago, I asked you for your questions for a FAQ — and here are the ones I got asked most often.

As always: there’s an exception to every rule… We can talk about anything. I’ve had shoots with 16-year-old models in the presence of a parent and I’ve also travelled for shoots with a group of models.

So if there’s something you’d like to do differently, just reach out to me. We’ll find a solution!

Your question isn’t answered here? Drop it in the comments or send me a DM! by @michaellight.de

Some before/after shots to show you my style of editing, so you see what you can expect from shooting with me (nothing more, nothing less).

Since more and more people come up with asking me about the use of ai, you may want to have a look at my websites‘ blog, where I give my two cents about this topic.

Finally got this little Trailer done… Hope it may inspire at least a few people to grab the chance a step in front of my camera soon! 😉
It’s fun, it’s free and it will be epic!

Before you ask… yes, AI was used to cut this together, while all photos used are 100% handmade!

Yesterday we had our first photoshoot together, and despite the less-than-ideal weather, we had a lot of fun and managed to get some great shots!

Many thanks to @michaellight.de for this photoshoot! I'm really looking forward to seeing the pictures ✨️

A big thank you also to my partner, who took some behind-the-scenes photos behind the camera 💕

I didn’t use my homestudio for ages and I think it’s time to see if I still know how to edit an epic compositing 🤔 Anyone interested? Send a DM to get a shooting slot in november!

Of course, sharing this with your friends is appreciated!

A last one of this set with @its.me.lauri_ since every set needs a close up shot. Why I love close up shots? They’re they basics of portrait photography and the masterclass of retouching.

If you like this, you might be interested in visiting me this november, since I’m still searching for a few faces to shoot in my studio. Just hit me up by DM. by @michaellight.de

Didn’t post for such a long time, that my reach is close to zero, but here’s the next shot of @its.me.lauri_
The streak won’t last long tho, since I don’t have many photos left to show you. Time to create some fresh ones. Anyone interested to come over and make some?

In 2022 I made that Tennis themed modelshooting and thought it might be a good idea to start a set with different kinds of sports. Only 4 years later… 🙈
Finally planning a shoot with a sporty girl like @its.me.lauri_ we digged up this old idea and made it happen. I hope you like it, because these photos had a high price when stormy wind crashed down my 1200€ studio flash during our shoot 🙄

Little early bird post today sharing another shot of @lovekse
Really love how this set turned out, since we just grabbed a few things we had, tried to shoot dark pictures on a sunny day and everything seemed like this can’t work at all 😂
Happy it worked out in the end, since I really needed something positive for the first shooting of the year. Now I’m really in mood for more, even tho nobody else seems to be 🤷‍♂️

My retouching teacher used to say „show me your close-up shots and I’ll tell you your photoshop skills!“
Knowing I’m still not pro-level, I’m pretty fine with mine… So there’s no shooting with me, without a close-up shot. Here’s the lovely one of @lovekse
Isn’t she awesome?

Usually I don’t post a photo before the whole set is done, but since this is my first edit in 2026 and it really seems I still know how to do it, I can’t wait any longer to share this with you.
Thanx a lot to @lovekse for visiting me once again for another one of my creepy plans 😉
