London Marathon 2026 🏅

What an insanely hard but incredible experience and I’m so proud of myself for finishing with a time of 4:19 after having less than 6 weeks to train for it!

I managed to raise £2,185 for @alcoholchangeuk which is absolutely nuts and I’ve been completely blown away by all the support 🥹

I wouldn’t of been able to do this without:

💛 My wee mum and all her motivational messages that came up on my watch throughout the course (see pic 6 😭)

🫶🏻 @davidcpresents who stayed beside me almost the entire way and kept me going despite all my tears, tantrums, stomach cramps and even when I went completely non verbal for the last 2 hours.

🏳️‍🌈 @getgayns and the marathon series. Having this group of gays to train with, get so much support and advice from as well as making some new friends along the way was just amazing, a big thank you to @connorminney for creating such a special community!

💫 @alcoholchangeuk for giving me the opportunity to tick this off my bucket list and do something that I’ll remember for the rest of my life.

A massive thank you to everyone who believed in me, sent me good luck messages, donated to my page, liked and shared my posts and came to cheer me on. I don’t even have the words to tell you how much this has all meant to me ❤️

Lake Manyara National Park 🐘

Where we met some horny elephants, a kingfisher, dik diks, a couple of monkeys and learned how they make banana wine!

Best believe that I pssp pssp pssp’d at every lion we drove past and also came very close to being a lioness’s lunch (last pic)💩

Serengeti Safari 🦁

We were incredibly lucky to see the big 5, the ugly 5 and so many different animals in between, swipe to see baby Simba 🥹

Camping out in the Serengeti for 4 nights with no electricity, no hot water and no fences to keep the wildlife out is an experience I’ll never forget!

Another item licked off the bucket list 👅

These are our new pals Betty, Daisy, Margaret and Ed! They’re all Rothschild giraffes and one the most endangered types of giraffe in the world 🦒

The @giraffecentre_ is where they try to make lots of giraffe babies and release them into the wild to help bring them back. So far they’ve released over 40!

Beautiful buildings, beautiful food, beautiful ceilings, beautiful views … beautiful company 🌚😅🙇🏻‍♂️

Third time going a solo trip and 12/10 would recommend going to Tuscany and jumping on a train each day to visit a different city as it was so quick and easy to get around!
