Took advantage of getting off early to exercise in the sunlight, meal prep, and enjoy my evening with anime before going to bed early.
30 miles on the bike in some beautiful weather. Ironman 70.3 training is getting fun! Can’t wait for my next ride each time. 1 more week until I can run again but swimming is going very well! Update on my training soon.

My go-to overnight oats recipe 🤌🏽 lmk how you guys like it 🙏🏽 The jars I’m using are in my Amazon storefront

1 cup - Old fashioned oats
1 tbsp - Chia seeds
1/4 cup - Honey Vanilla Greek yogurt
1 scoop - Whey protein powder
1/4 cup - Vanilla almond milk
1 Banana

8 months of early morning swims, late night runs, and 5hr+ long brick workouts and we finally crossed the line.

Sad that the swim was cancelled but that just means we have to do another one. And I’m thinking 140.6 miles this time 😏

Learned a lot at this race. Will never rely on the aid station nutrition again as it costed me FULL quad cramps the whole run. Also will be training to stay in aero for longer periods as this destroyed my lower back. Also I want a $15k TT bike now😂
