I see you, Pastor. It’s 2:45 a.m.

Not in some weird, stalking kind of way. But in a way that compels me to pray for you.

Because I’ve been there.

Tonight, it’s jet lag in Utrecht, Netherlands. I landed yesterday.

But many nights, it’s been something else.

Tossing and turning. Alternating between worry and prayer for our church.

The strained relationships. The lack of progress. The financial tightness. The entitled staff member. The elder whose heart has shifted.

I see you, Pastor.

Walking dark hallways, praying because you don’t know what else to do.

Wondering whether you even want to do this anymore.

Crying out to God for your sick child’s healing.

Feeling the warmth in your marriage slowly fading.

Realizing you’re carrying far too much alone, yet not knowing what to put down.

And then seeing that Instagram reel of a pastor who started when you did, but whose church has grown ten times faster.

You’re happy for him. But quietly wondering, Lord, what am I missing?

I see you at 2:45 a.m.

I can’t heal your child, restore your marriage overnight, resolve those leadership tensions, or magically fix your finances.

But I’ve learned something through my own sleepless nights:

Heartfelt prayers and hardcore leadership practices belong together.

We need both.

That’s why I’ve prepared a four-minute teaching and a practical dashboard to help you put systematic leadership practices alongside your heartfelt prayers.

Not to replace your dependence on God, but to help you steward what He’s entrusted to you.

DM me “2 a.m.” and I’ll send it to you.

One request: this is specifically for lead pastors currently leading congregations.

We’re receiving scores of inquiries each month. While we’d love to help every Christian leader, we’re reserving these resources for those carrying the responsibility of a local church.

Thank you for understanding.

And Pastor, tonight, somewhere in Utrecht, there’s another pastor awake at 2:45 a.m.

And he’s praying for you.

I see you.

What holds a growing church together when the pressure starts to rise?

Growth brings more people, more decisions, and more responsibility.

Without the right leadership structure, that pressure can expose gaps that weren’t visible before.

Strong churches don’t just prepare for growth. They prepare their leaders to carry it.

👉 If this is you, if your church is growing but the leadership structure feels stretched, explore the XLR8 Framework.

You can’t multiply what only a few leaders can carry.

Your church can have the vision, the people, and the opportunity to grow. But when leadership capacity stays narrow, growth eventually starts to bottleneck.

For Campus Pastors, that can mean more people to lead, more decisions to make, and more responsibility without enough leadership support around them.

Strong churches don’t just grow wider. They build deeper leadership capacity to support what’s next.

Because sustainable growth isn’t just about how much your church can take on. It’s about how many leaders are equipped to carry it.

If your Campus Pastors are carrying more than they can sustain, it may be time to look at what’s limiting your next stage of growth.

Ever feel like your church is ready to move forward, but leadership is hitting the brakes?

That’s what church growth can feel like when leadership capacity doesn’t grow with it.

The vision is there. The people are there. The momentum is there.

But when too much depends on too few leaders, everything starts to slow down.

Healthy growth means creating more leadership capacity before the bottleneck becomes the barrier.

👉 If your church is growing but your leaders are feeling the pressure, this is worth a closer look.

Growth doesn’t just test your systems. It tests your leaders.

As your church grows, the pressure on your campus pastors grows too. If they’re not equipped to lead through that pressure, momentum can quickly become strain.

Sustainable growth requires leaders who are ready for the weight that comes with it.

👉 If you’re seeing growth but wondering whether your leaders have the capacity to carry it, explore the Leaderscape XLR8 Framework.

Your church may be ready for more growth. But are your pastors?

Adding campuses can create momentum quickly. But if your Campus Pastors don’t have the capacity, support, and leadership development to carry that growth, the pressure starts to build.

More people to lead. More decisions to make. More responsibility to carry.

Eventually, growth that should feel exciting starts to feel exhausting.

Healthy multiplication requires more than a bigger vision. It requires leaders who are equipped and capable of carrying what that vision demands.

If your Campus Pastors are stretched, or you’re questioning whether your leadership structure can support your next stage of growth, it’s time to take a closer look.

Growth can slow down long before you realise what’s holding it back.

Sometimes the issue isn’t vision, passion, or even attendance. It’s whether your leadership capacity has grown enough to carry what’s next.

If you’re seeing growth but feeling like your leadership structure is struggling to keep up, this is worth looking at.

👉 If this is you, explore the Leaderscape XLR8 Framework and see what may need to change for your next stage of growth.

Hey Pastor,
⚠️There’s a danger zone somewhere between 500 and 800 people.⚠️
• You’re big enough to feel established. 🌴
• Big enough to have staff carrying a significant part of the load. 🤝
• Big enough to offer great programs. 😁
• Big enough for people to attend, enjoy, consume… and disappear into the crowd. 🎉

⚠️AND THAT’S THE DANGER ⚠️

Because the church can become comfortable, before the mission is complete.

As long as there are people in your community who don’t know Jesus, we cannot stop reaching.
• But the next shift isn’t simply getting more people into a room.
• It’s building a church where people cannot remain anonymous consumers.
• Where every person is intentionally moved into vibrant community.
• Where they are growing and being transformed in tangible ways.
 🤗🙏😇WHERE ATTENDERS BECOME DISCIPLES! 😇🙏🤗

And Disciples become ministers.
Ministers become disciple-makers.
And disciple-makers become multipliers.

At 650, your SYSTEMS MATTER more than ever.

Because you cannot personally disciple everyone anymore.

You have to build a church that disciples people.

That may be one of the biggest shifts between 500 and 1,000.

You don’t need a bigger crowd.

You need a multiplying people.

IMAGINE YOUR CHURCH AT 650 PASTOR. (WATCH TO THE END!)

Imagine your church at 650 on a Sunday…it’s way closer than you think.

And if it feels like wishful thinking…
if it feels so far out on the horizon that you can barely picture it…

Frankly, that could be part of the problem.

Before 650 can become a reality in your church, you’ve got to pull it back from the horizon, into your heart, and then into your head.

You might ask:
• Why 650?
• Why not 250, 500, or just talk about 1,000?
• Because somewhere between roughly 500 and 800, the way a church has to operate begins to shift significantly.

And here’s the confronting part:
What got you to 300 will definitely not get you to 650!..And it certainly won’t get you to 1,000.

650 isn’t a magic number.
This isn’t about ego, platform or building a crowd. If you watched any of my reels before, you’ll know I’m waaaay more interested in developing disciples than “bottoms on seats” but 650 is merely a benchmark.

It’s about impact.
Honesty moment…we didn’t get into ministry to babysit a bunch of overfed Christians.

We got into this because we wanted to reach lost people, make disciples and turn those disciples into disciple makers.

And I still believe one of the greatest pieces of latent potential sitting inside the Church is the release of the Body of Christ into kingdom mission!

• Ordinary people mobilised.
• People discipling people.
• People leading people.
• Yessss! People actually taking responsibility for Jesus’ mission.

I call what has to happen next “THE 650 SHIFT”.
And the 650 Shift requires a new operating system.

Here’s the mistake:
You don’t wait until you arrive at 650 and suddenly realise your systems, structures and leadership model can’t carry it.
By then, you’re late.
If you’re at 150, start building for it now.
If you’re at 300, you need to be putting those systems in place immediately.
If you’re at 400, you’re already running late.

So I’ve put together a short 4-minute teaching that will give you a snapshot of the dashboard I believe can help take a church from where it is now toward 650 and beyond.

The most dangerous pull is often the one you can’t see.

Everything can look calm on the surface while hidden strain is quietly draining momentum underneath.

Growth starts feeling heavier. Follow-up gets harder. People slip through gaps.

If that sounds familiar, XLR8 helps reveal where the pressure is building in your guest engagement and discipleship pathway.

Is your church structure ready for the growth you’re asking for?

Growth can happen quickly.
And when your systems don’t keep pace, momentum can turn into pressure.

People get missed.
Follow-up slows down.
Clear next steps become harder to maintain.

The issue isn’t passion. It’s capacity.

If your current systems are struggling to carry your church’s growth, XLR8 can help you find where they need strengthening.

Ever confidently go to sit down and the chair isn’t there?

Sometimes the vision is strong. The structure underneath it isn’t.

When growth has nowhere solid to land, people slip through gaps and momentum gets harder to sustain.

If your church is growing but the pathway isn’t holding, XLR8 helps you see what needs to be strengthened.
