Another Veteran Served. 🇺🇸
There’s nothing better than helping those who served our country achieve the goal of homeownership.
Another VA loan is officially CLEAR TO CLOSE!
This one is a great example of what happens when the Realtor and lender are aligned from day one — strong communication, proactive processing, and everyone working toward the same goal.
From executed contract → VA underwriting → Clear to Close. 🏡🔑
Thank you to Alex Simpson with LoKation Real Estate for the teamwork and trust throughout the transaction.
If you’re a Veteran, active-duty service member, or Realtor working with VA buyers, I’d love the opportunity to help.

🔥 $6.81MM UNDER CONTRACT 🔥

Two Penthouse Condos. $5.1MM in financing. One very unique deal.

When traditional financing wasn’t the answer, we found one.

Using a #NonQM Business Bank Statement Jumbo program, we were able to structure $5.1MM in financing for our client’s purchase of two luxury penthouse units in Fort Lauderdale.

Florida condos can be challenging to finance. Luxury condos at this level? Even more so.

That’s where having access to the right programs — and knowing how to put the pieces together — matters.

Proud to work alongside Jordan on this one and find a solution where others couldn’t.

Now let’s get it CLOSED! 🥂🏙️

🏡 UNDER CONTRACT in Palm City! 🔑

Another one in the works!

Excited to be working alongside Erik Mendoza of West Third Real Estate to help our clients get this beautiful Palm City home under contract.

📍 3111 SW Seaboard Avenue
💰 $599,900
🛏 3 Bedrooms | 🛁 2 Bathrooms

Getting an offer accepted is only the beginning. Having the right Realtor and lending team working together behind the scenes can make all the difference in getting from UNDER CONTRACT → CLOSED.

Congratulations to our clients, and a big thank you to Erik for the partnership and teamwork!

Now it’s time to get this one to the closing table. 🥂🏡

Not every closing is straightforward, and this was definitely one of those transactions.

I wasn’t able to attend the closing, but I couldn’t be more proud of what our team accomplished. This file threw us more than a few curveballs along the way, and there were moments when it would have been easy to get discouraged. Instead, everyone stayed focused, communicated constantly, and kept pushing forward.

That’s what it takes to get the tough ones across the finish line.

A special thank you to my amazing realtor partner, @thecindybarrera , for being a true professional throughout the entire process. Your patience, communication, and dedication to our clients made all the difference.

I’m also incredibly grateful to the team at @premierlendingcorp . It truly took a team effort, and I’m thankful for everyone who played a role in making this closing happen.

Congratulations to our happy homeowners! Enjoy your new home! by @michaelsavitt

Happy belated birthday to my incredible wife, Rachel Myerson-Savitt

I was not able to celebrate you publicly on your birthday, but that does not make this any less true. You are the most caring, selfless, and compassionate person I know.

These past few days have reminded me once again why I am so incredibly lucky to call you my wife. You made sure I received the best care possible, never left my side, and somehow managed to take care of everything while making it all look effortless. Your kindness, patience, and love have meant more to me than I could ever put into words.

Anyone who knows you already knows what an amazing person you are, but I have had the privilege of seeing it in a way I will never forget. I am grateful every single day that we get to do life together.

Happy belated birthday. You deserve to be celebrated not just on your birthday, but every day.

I love you. ❤️ by @michaelsavitt

So very proud of Brooke Savitt . 2 years ago she graduated from FSU with a degree in Psychology & Criminology. When she came back home to SoFla she decided to follow her passion for cooking and enrolled in the Culinary program @ Sheridan Tech. She graduated with honors and she is off to do great things in and out of the kitchen.
