The Bahamas adventure continues. We island-hopped to San Salvador, rode scooters around the entire island, climbed a still-functioning manned lighthouse, and stood on the spot where Christopher Columbus first came ashore, discovering the New World.

Then we flew to Staniels Cay and had lunch at the yacht club that was frequented by Jimmy Buffet.

Landed in Exuma to purchase additional fuel as Stella Maris fuel shippment didnt arrive so they could only sell us 20 gallons.

Then to Long Island where we explored the area and snorkeled at Deans Blue hole. by @michaelshoup1

Finally accomplished it and undertook the adventure of flying our airplane from Pierre to the southern Bahama islands in pursuit of sunshine and new SCUBA diving opportunities. Yesterday was our first full day on Long Island. Today we are flying to San Salvador and then to Staniel Cay on the Exumas and back to Stella Maris to explore. by @michaelshoup1

Currently at the DEMA convention. It’s the SCUBA diving, travel, and basically anything underwater trade show. Learning a ton and finding lots of great places to go. taken in Rosen Center Orlando Florida by @michaelshoup1

A huge shout out to Derrick Dell at DJ’s Convenience store. Getting 360 bottles of chocolate milk for Governor Football downstream camp seems like a great idea until you actually try to acquire 360 bottles of chocolate milk. It has been a wonderful last few weeks training some amazing people to be SCUBA divers. Great job to Ian Paul, Noah Williams, Brandt Boekhout, Michael Boddicker, Katy Hutchins, Kathryn Larson, Ellie Noyes, Lily Eggebraaten, Sorrinne Ekle, Travis Shaffer, Hudson Shaffer, and Hayden Shaffer on earning their open water diver certificates.
