🚀 IT'S FINALLY HERE! 🚀

After two years of writing, refining, and praying, The Intentional Man is officially available! This book is for men who want to step up, live with purpose, and pursue Biblical manhood.

🗡️In The Intentional Man, I challenge the cultural narratives about masculinity and lay out seven virtues every man must intentionally pursue: Christ, Humility, Honor, Protection, Provision, Responsibility, and Leadership.🗡️

I wrote this book as an act of faith and obedience, and I truly believe it can help men grow in their calling. If you or someone you know would benefit from it, grab your copy today!

🙏 My prayer is that this book strengthens and equips men to be all that God has called them to be. Thank you for your support! by @michaelurso

We just wrapped another incredible class of The Intentional Man!

These men committed to reading, working out, reading their Bibles, showing up every Saturday morning at 7 a.m., and even learning some grappling! The stories of life change they shared with me are truly inspiring.

Welcome to the brotherhood of Intentional Men, guys! 💪

Happy 24th anniversary to my bride, @allison_urso. You are my lily among the thorns. I cannot express the gratitude I have for all that you are to me, and I praise God daily for not just giving me a good wife, but for all that you are. I've loved having you by my side every day and I look forward to at least 24 more beautiful years together. by @michaelurso

Being a man of God requires more than just knowledge — it demands action. In this hands-on study, Mike Urso will guide men through the content of his book, The Intentional Man, exploring what it means to live out biblical manhood with strength, purpose, and integrity.

This class combines Scripture-based teaching, open discussion, and physical training, including strength work, grappling fundamentals, and self-defense tactics. You won’t just talk about what it means to be a man — you’ll train for it.

By the end of the course, you’ll walk away with a clearer vision of your God-given role and the practical tools to live it out with confidence.

Everyone, Eli and his son Connor have been a big part of our Chick-fil-A for years. Now, they are facing some very scary brain surgery. If you can, please donate to help offset the medical costs and show love to these wonderful people.
