They want you to forget this wasn't that long ago. Still today you have prejudice within the housing industry... black people being turned down for homes they financially qualify for and black homeowners having their property devalued by hundreds of thousands of dollars simply because of their skin color! by @michaelwebb1977

Everybody wants the title…

Nobody wants the lifestyle.

“Christian.”

Break down:

Christ- (derived from the Greek christos) was a title meaning "anointed one" or "chosen one," translating the Hebrew mashiach (Messiah). It referred to individuals set apart and consecrated with oil for divine service, primarily kings, priests, and prophets, symbolizing their authority and role as God’s

"ian"- belonging to," "relating to," "resembling," or "a person who specializes in"

Christ + ian = Christ-like or rembling Christ

Not just believing Yeshua/Jesus existed…
but actually living in a way that reflects how He lived.

And that’s exactly where the disconnect is.

“Christ” was never a last name—it was a title.
A term given because of how He lived, how He moved, and how He treated people.

But today?

People are more focused on debating if He’s real…
arguing doctrine…

and demanding worship—

instead of doing the one thing He actually
instructed:

Emulate Him.

And that’s why there’s such a drastic contradiction.

You’ve got people claiming to be Christian…
but their lives look nothing like Christ.

Because being Christian isn’t about what you say—
it’s about what you produce.

The Bible already made it clear:

“You will know them by their fruits.” — Matthew 7:16–20

Not their captions.
Not their church attendance.
Not how loud they speak about it.
Not their social media posts

Their actions.

So let’s be honest—

You don’t get to preach love and practice hate.

You don’t get to quote scripture and ignore it in real life.

You don’t get to claim Christ and contradict Him daily.

If the fruit is:

Hate
Division
Selfishness
Oppression
Toxicity

Then stop calling the tree holy.

That’s not Christianity.

That’s contradiction.

And calling it out isn’t judgment—it’s discernment.

At some point, we have to stop listening to what people say…
and start paying attention to how they live.

Because the truth is simple:
If it’s not Christ-like… it’s not Christian. by @michaelwebb1977

It’s wild how many people claim things they don’t actually know.
And I mean" know"—not repeat, not assume, not echo… but truly understand.

They just speak with confidence about things they’ve never taken the time to study.

People claim to be Christian… but couldn’t explain what it really means to live it.

People claim political sides… but don’t understand policy, history, or consequence.

People claim to be spiritual… but have never done the inner work.

People claim to be health and fitness gurus… but don’t understand real nutrition or science.

We’re living in a time of perpetual ignorance—and at this point, it’s not a lack of access.
It’s a lack of effort.

Information has never been more available… yet depth has never been more rare.

People don’t research to learn.
They research to defend what they already believe.
And anything that challenges that belief? Ignored!

That’s not knowledge. That’s intellectual laziness dressed up as certainty.

If we don’t start doing the work—real work—we’ll stay trapped in the same mental prisons:

Divided.
Angry.
Fearful.
Lost.

At some point, we have to stop claiming…
