Walking With the Cross🚶‍♂️
(Contralateral Movement)‼️

➡️ Chop Step → 2
Use the chop to sync hands + feet.
One short chop step forward, then fire the cross.
➡️ Entry step loads the punch.

1️⃣ 2 + Lead Step
Throw the cross as the lead foot steps.
➡️ Weight falls into the punch.

2️⃣ 5 + Rear Step
Throw the lead uppercut as the rear foot steps.

3️⃣ 2 + Lead Step
Fire the final cross with another lead step.
➡️ Stance resets, pressure stays on.
