This is what DRIVES me

Its required more than a decade of hard work, trial and error, research and rehab, shifting my lifestyle, and prioritizing my health every single day. And I wouldn’t change it.

Having a body that’s now capable of doing all these things brings me gratitude on entirely new levels.

If you have a body that’s capable, are you using it to do the things that bring you joy?

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to run 100 miles, here it is. All the highs and lows. A full 24 hours of running, frolicking, making memories, struggling to breathe, breaking records, crying on the beach, and everything in between.

Living a life of 1s and 10s.

The feature length film drops tomorrow.. stay tuned!

Because I just couldn’t capture the extreme highs and lows of this 24 hours in less than one minute.

It still feels surreal to have hit this milestone and I’m freakin proud of the effort I put in ✨

• run 4.2 miles/6.7 km every hour on the hour ✅
• fuel, hydration, electrolytes ✅
• have fun and don’t die ✅

Special shoutout to Hannah, Mark & James who had equally brilliant strategies but I didn’t get a chance to interview!

My dad taught me to think through all potential scenarios and be ready for every possible outcome. In my family, we call this normal preparedness.

My therapist calls it catastrophizing.

Either way, I’m over-packed and ready.

And I packed even more food after filming this.

In the morning, we run! 🇧🇲
