Survived my first Hyrox this weekend! Made it extra special to have done it with @alicia_patel99 who constantly championed and believed in me.
Can’t wait to do it all again with you in March 2026.
At 50 years old I’m feeling stronger and fitter than ever since starting training at the best gym @the200strong.

@pickled.events provided the most delicious afternoon tea. Again @cakeartleicester created the beautiful vintage styled cake! Tasted just as good as it looked.

50 and blessed to have the most beautiful people in my life to celebrate reaching this milestone.
@oggikibworth hosted us all, the food was incredible and the service was brilliant.
@cakeartleicester your cake was delectably perfect.
