Last call for The Courageous Heart.

Four weeks. Find where the pattern started. Clear what’s still attached to it. Put a new belief in its place. Live it, with real boundaries around it.

That’s the whole thing. Not theory. Not another book. A small group, four sessions, one month.

If it’s been on your mind, trust that. Doors close September 30. Comment HEART for more details 🤍

I don’t take credit for my clients‘ shifts…they do the work, I just hold the space.

But I love hearing what changes once the pattern finally loosens its grip. If you’re ready for that, The Courageous Heart starts October 11. Small group, safe space 💗

The early bird offer still applies until tomorrow 12.00 AM ✨😊

This is the same process I’ve used with clients for years, just held over 4 weeks instead of one long session. It’s not about me fixing anything for you …you do the work. I just hold the space and show you where to look. 🤍

In August 2018 I set foot in Egypt for the first time and something in me went quiet. Like the land already knew me. 🌴

At that point I had a 100% corporate job. Sessions in the evenings, seminars on weekends, retreats in my holidays. Owning a healing space here sounded impossible. I wrote it down anyway. Five years, I gave myself.

It took 3. We bought the land in 2021 and finished our space in 2023. And now in 2026 I get to watch the sun go down behind a pyramid from the roof of our newest building. 🙏

I am not telling you this to impress you. I am telling you because the goal you keep pushing away as unrealistic deserves to be written down. That is the first step. Everything else follows from there.

What would you write down, if nobody was watching? 📝

I’ve wanted to offer this for a while…something between a single session and Soul Unleashed. A real container, but small enough to fit inside a busy month.

If you’ve been circling the same wall for a while now, this might be for you. Early bird pricing until 20th of September 12.00 PM CEST.

Comment LOVE to get the details 🤍

Not every pattern needs a big dramatic breakdown to shift. Sometimes it just needs to be seen. I'm working on something small and close to my heart right now...more soon. 🤍 #healingenergy #selfcarematters #alchemy_of_souls #soultransformation by @michelle.totschnig

Don’t force your place in someone’s life.

If someone wants you there, you’ll know.
You won’t have to keep trying to matter.
You won’t feel like you’re bothering them just by being yourself.

You won’t be the only one holding it all together.
You won’t sit there wondering what changed
or why it suddenly feels so distant.

People make time for what matters to them.
If they care, they show it.
If they don’t, they don’t.

And yeah, it hurts.
But trying to hold on when you’re the only one trying
hurts even more.

You shouldn’t have to shrink yourself to fit in.
You shouldn’t have to prove your worth to feel accepted.

The right people won’t make you question where you stand.
They’ll make it clear.
In how they show up,
how they stay,
and how they make you feel seen without asking for it.

Let your presence be a quiet gift,
not something you have to convince anyone to keep.

You’re not a burden.
You never were.
And the people meant for you won’t need reminding. by @michelle.totschnig
