Had to make a little recap of my back surgery "journey"
Which led me to being diagnosed as Bipolar. I am very grateful for this diagnosis because it is helping me make sense of my life. by @michelle_fry

December 2025 recap
1. Moving out of our vacation rental and into our next rental. Ifyky it's been one helluva a year for the Harris'
2. Thankful Novi girl still nurses and forces mama to sit down from time to time.
3. Had our annual deluxe Xmas party. George and I were having fun on the dance floor! Love my coworkers and love me a dance party!
4. Found this bike on FB marketplace. Novi is still a little short for it but it's been so fun walking to the park for our new home.
5. For our tree from Post Street Farm. We love it there!
6. 12/19/25 Novi officially taking her first steps.
7. Best defender for 8th grade Mission Hill basketball team. So proud of my son!
8/9. Very thankful for my friend Sadie. She reminds me motherhood is crazy AND so fun! Novi's only (and first) pic with Santa at Pono.
10. Last minute rainy Christmas shopping downtown. Always trying to support our local business when we can.
11/12. Park date with Novi to visit the ducks. It's one of our favorite activities right now.
13-17. Woke up to no power on Christmas morning. Our family made the most of it and grabbed coffees and went for a very windy walk to start the day. Then, opened a few presents (thanks to the real Santa @mmofaptos ) and passed out cookies to meet our new neighbors.
18. Enjoying our "backs yard" hikes up through pogonip and exploring UCSC
19. Last family picnic of 2025 in our favorite spot. by @michelle_fry

Today we celebrated our girl, Novi Fayth.

It's been the hardest year of my life. And also one of the best years.

Learning two things can be true.

One thing I know for sure is that I love being a mama. Thank you Spence for making me a mama again and thank you friends who came to help us celebrate our girl!

We love you. ❤️ by @michelle_fry

Novi's first Thanksgiving in Carmel by the Sea.
Very special that we got to have it with Nana, Poppa, Great Grandad Fred and Great Grandma Joan.
We left with full bellies and full hearts.

And, got to start the day with Bri and Kathy at LMB❤️

How fortunate I am! by @michelle_fry

Double Dipsea 15.5 miles and over 4,000 feet of elevation gain. Sunshine, endorphins and good belly laughs are medicine for my soul.

The first pic was from this past Saturday. First time I've left Novi and it was really good for me!

Second pic was from the same spot 3 years ago. Such a different mental state.

You'd never know the struggles just from looking at the outside but I am so grateful that I have learned to surround myself with people who inspire me and that I will not give up when life gets tough.

Last pic is with friends who push me to be a better person and who feel like family.

November so far.
Lots to be grateful for. by @michelle_fry

😍11 months with our little gal!

Novi has learned how to point at things!

She likes waving hello and bye bye .

She loves "zoom zoom zoom we're going to the moon" (when I count back from 5 for the blastoff she gets so very excited!)

She is a great eater with her two bottom teeth and had learned how to drink water out of her cup.

She loves bath time. Especially exploring the water faucet. The girl is oh so very curious!

She loves animals. She squeals at the sight of dogs.

She loves music and dancing! She likes to do squats to the rhythm of the music..it's the best! by @michelle_fry

Halloween 2025
My little strawberry girl and cow.
I am the luckiest farmer wearing Meemaw's shirt and my friend Sabrina's grandfathers overalls. How cool is that?!
We started the morning with Ru and Abby to watch the witches paddle around the Capitola Wharf (I want to join the witches next year!)
Next, we visited Rich's bench. I shed some tears of gratitude and know he's so proud of all 3 of his children. His spirit lives on in each of them.
Then, I headed to work...had to show off my little girl! So grateful for my friends at Deluxe. They all work their tushies off!
Came home exhausted after work but rallied with the help of Hudson...we went to a super fun party in our new neighborhood. The lower westside really is the best! by @michelle_fry

So good to go to our old neighborhood today.
Surrounding ourselves with friends is medicine for the soul.
Community. Laughter.

Late to post but Novi Fayth is 10 months!

She loves to stand on her own, army crawl FAST, eating anything her family is eating.

She loves smiling, she loves dogs, she loves living with gusto and has strong opinions and is very vocal.

She reminds me daily that she's the boss baby.

This difficult season is filled with unknowns and allowing us to become more resilient.

Seasons change. Time is fleeting.

Novi Fayth Harris and Hudson Michael Fry are by far the most important humans in my world.

God, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Being a mom is the hardest job AND also my favorite job.

I am extremely thankful we have Juana in our lives to help with Novi. She's a blessing. by @michelle_fry

September 🙏🏼
1. Deluxe Foods. Feel very lucky to be part of the Deluxe family. My role has changed a bit and I am grateful to be continuing to learn and also use my brain for things outside the household stuff...
2. Speaking of Deluxe, Seth in our deli makes the best sandwiches. I'm so grateful for our employee sandwich deal!
3. This pic was during a really hard day...thankful that I can go get fresh air and feel so grounded by putting ourselves at the beach. I tell Novi (and myself) everyday how lucky we are!
4. Live music at Bruno's. Spence's friend was playing and it was a delightful evening.
5. Early morning sunrise before having the privilege to be Claire's "bag girl" and cheerleader! She was doing the swim in the Ironman triathlon.
6. I love their smiles. Grateful everyday I am their mom.
7. This was right after I ran sprints behind the new leaf (I was so proud of myself because it was hard) this pic makes me laugh bc Novi doesn't look as excited as I felt. (To be fair, she had just woken up from her nap)
8. Ribbon cutting at the Bay Bar. Grateful for old friends who feel like family.
9. Snapshot at Hudson's soccer game (thanks Sabrina!)
10. Novi started standing on her own and is so close to taking her first steps. It doesn't escape me how fortunate I am to be able to witness these times with my sweet girl.
11. Grateful I enjoy my own company. This was after therapy and I had an hour to myself to ride my bike, grab a pizza and beer. It was superb.
12. "It's a beautiful day" will always and forever remind me of Rich. I try to say it most mornings because it really does help set the tone for the day ahead. Everyday is a good day when I wake up with my kids happy and healthy.
13. Went to church with the babe and teens for the first time together. I love singing in church.
14. Blurry bookclub at Liz's. Warmth. Laughter. Delicious food.
15. Day date with Spence and Novi. Shared a bottle of Albariño and had some wonderful conversation.
16. Exploring the leaves at our local neighborhood park. Crunch.
17. Nightly ocean dips are forever going to be my favorite part to my day.
18. Summer made Novi's day!
19. Lunch al fresco
