Introducing Playbabe Michelle 💪🏿⚡️🥵

When @playbabe0 approached me about contributing to their non profit calendar to support young girls getting into sports, I immediately thought of creating something with this Inspiring artist.
There are so many ways of staying fit, if we look past the conventional traditional sports; I mean look at that bodyyyyyyy. I feel like it speaks for itself.

There are so many other variables that make this shoot truly special to me personally, but this post is all about Michelle.

After years of chat I’m so so glad we finally got to create together.

And special thanks to @innokenty.makarov for your help with everything. Wouldn’t have been able to do any of it without you, from production to assisting 🙏

La troupe Vénus Noire (@venus___noire ), loin du mainstream et proche de l’underground, fait frissonner les frontières normatives du cabaret. Ses artistes sont queers, racisé·e·x·s et non-binaires. Iels envisagent de nouvelles formes scéniques et n’ont qu’un désir: normaliser les corps noirs sur scène. Grâce à ces artistes enflammé·e·x·s, le cabaret s’ouvre aux queers, qui l’hybrident et lui créent une trajectoire parallèle.

La soirée se poursuit avec la fête qui clôture la saison GUBTD #2, soit «Give us back the dancefloor» avec aux platines de cette deuxième édition très queer: Missy Da Kunt (F), Ima (F), Kbral (Brésil) et les perfomers de Vénus Noire, ainsi que les artistes romand·e·x·s Esengo, Imsobaby et enfin Latenna et sa team, pour un feu d’artifice mêlant afrobeat, gqom, ballroom, funk brésilien, techno, hip-hop…
