Let’s revisit the Mimsie Trim ✨🐩

A little throwback to the trim I created that somehow took on a life of its own. What started as me getting creative with Mimsie went viral, inspired groomers around the world, and eventually had people competing with their own versions of the Mimsie Trim. 🤯

Still one of my favorite things I’ve ever created — and definitely one of those career moments I’ll never forget.

The original Mimsie Trim. 💕
Sometimes you create a groom… and sometimes you accidentally create a whole trend. ✂️🐩

🎨🐩 It’s not just the dye! 💜

Beautiful creative color starts LONG before the first drop of dye ever touches the coat!

When I’m creating colorful transformations, my prep work and product choices are just as important as the artistry itself.

✨ PREP: Start with a thoroughly cleansed coat to help prepare the hair for maximum color absorption.

🎨 COLOR: Let the creativity happen!

🫧 CLEANSE: Once the color process is complete, I reach for gentle Hydra shampoos to cleanse without unnecessarily stripping the coat.

💜 CONDITION: Finish with Hydra’s Thermo Active Conditioner to help restore moisture, improve manageability, and leave the coat looking and feeling fabulous!

Because creative grooming isn’t just about making a dog look amazing. It’s about maintaining a beautiful, healthy coat underneath all that artwork!

Huge thanks to Hydra for supporting my creative grooming journey and providing products I trust behind the scenes. 💜

Great creative grooming starts with great coat care!

A little Halloween magic with Hydra.
I mixed a little Bel Amour with Candy and somehow ended up with Midnight Candy Couture. 💜

Sweet, mysterious, and just a little wicked.
What would you concoct with your favorite Hydra fragrances?

When your love for plants meets your love for nail art… things get a little EXTRA! 🌿💅🏻✨

I had so much fun creating this miniature botanical collection for the Tennessee Plant Show! From tiny variegated leaves to delicate orchids, every little detail was handcrafted with love. 🌸

Of course, I had to give a special nod to @costafarms, because what’s a plant-inspired nail set without a little Costa Farms magic?! 💚

Two of my favorite worlds coming together — plants and wearable art!

Thank you, Tennessee Plant Show, for a beautiful day surrounded by all things green! 🌿

My friend and super talented artist @worththepolish @michelle_worthyicmg made me these nails for my birthday! 🥹💖💙

It has Lyra in her iconic Pinkie Pie creative groom, and Zephyr as Shining Armor!

She also added the tropical accents and “birthday girl” to match the vibe!

The talent here is unbelievable and I’ve gotten so many compliments while on vacation for my birthday!

Thank you so much! 💖
