I don’t think I’ll ever do a TGU without thinking about Ray. Today was the first time I did a 24kg TGU since training w him in 2019. And I finally hit 24 kg on my left side for the first time! Would have been cool to celebrate this w Ray but very grateful to have hit this with some MDR fam around this morning 🤍

A month ago I was laid off, one of my best friends I spent the majority of my time with moved to another state and I was getting ready to leave Marina/ LA, a place I’ve called home the last 7 years. I was so scared but so excited to see what would happen. I could feel it so deep in my gut something magical was gonna happen.

I stopped taking my antidepressants, I made new friends, I reconnected with my spirit. Colors look more vibrant, food has so much more flavor, and these dirty martinis are hittin!! Idk if any of this makes sense but I’m feeling so grateful and just trying to remember this feeling ❤️ taken in Venice, California by @michellebangg
