Make it ✨PINK✨
This Blondie of course needed her highlights touched up- heavy foil occipital and above medium weave moving to fine weave about 2” from hairline …. Below occipital teasy lights- large sections with backcombing the slices.
The pink was “Arctic fox” and its a block 1” behind ear to diagonal section behind the ear.

WEEKEND HAIR
I was asked for some easy ideas that were a little more fun but still quick and easy!

Quick “BIG” pony!
I get asked all the time how I do my pony- as let’s be real, I wear my hair up most the time.
Key- DONT BRUSH IT if you want texture you don’t necessarily need to brush it. Put it up then decide
DRY SHAMPOO- you need grip. It also gives a little lift imo
PATIENCE- see how I move the hair around even after it’s up?? Adjust what you need to, take it down if you must and pop it back up. Don’t get frustrated. It’s supposed to be a little haphazard. Don’t shoot for perfect. It’s not that look. by @michellebashhair

MAKE ME TANNNNNN
Ok- I am a lover of sunless tanning- as I am FAIR. And in Florida I wear shorts year round. So I’ve tried a TON over the years. I had a client and a family member LOVE the Bondi Sands. So I gave it a whirl.. here are my thoughts as it comes up all the time. It’s not my fav but the color is beautiful- so I’ll use it up for sure. But nothing beats Loving Tan for me. The St Moriz is a great super close second and due to its pricing a lot of times it’s my choice. by @michellebashhair

10 min curls
This year we are seeing hair be more beautiful- intentionally so. Gone is the “I don’t do my hair” hair for now 😉 Fashion and everything is having a little redo in homage of the y2k low to mid 2000’s era. It’s a fun revisit, this time a little classier and little more romantic imo. It doesn’t have to be crazy high maintenance tho, these curls will last for days. Enjoy! by @michellebashhair

HAIR FORECAST 2026!!
This year with y2k dominating fashion- lots of corsets, low rise, wide legs, the return of “dressing up” a bit is back in a big way. Urban outfitters for those who recall- is reminiscent of Contempo and Ramage circa 2000
With that in hair I believe we will see a return to femininity 💕 think Bridget Bardot. Classic - sexy- very “done” but soft beautiful hair. Lots of “placed” curls, little more volume.

Hair color will be more blended- old money blonde- expensive looking multidimensional brunettes. And the rock and roll edge we had last year will be softening out. Less messy beach hair more mermaid 🧜🏻‍♀️ siren beauty. Less Kate Moss more Bridget Bardot.
I think we will continue to see “fringe” for a bit here as we move into summer then soft pieces falling out of luscious braids and half up styles. Texture will be the name of the game all year.
The “soft girl” era is here. Blended makeup- soft glowy looks- siren eyes will remain (looks at Bridget!!) little more effort into it- however as always I’m here to show you how to have “high maintenance” looks…. Minimal effort in!! ✨ by @michellebashhair
