I think it’s human to enjoy being liked by others….HOWEVER, don’t ever let someone’s liking you or disliking you be the measure of your worth♥️ The opinion of others have no bearing on you ok!?

Last night, we took a little time to slow down, connect, and have an intentional conversation with Michelle about the importance of remembering who we are outside of motherhood. 🌷

Taking time to step away, breathe, and regroup isn’t just important for our mental health—it supports our physical well-being, too. 🤍

A special thank you to @michellefitzu for spending yesterday evening with us and creating such a meaningful space for reflection and connection. We can’t wait for more slow evenings like this—chatting, reflecting, and connecting from the comfort of our own homes. 🫶🏽✨

Because moms deserve space to simply be, too. 🌷 by @michellefitzu
