Today, my heart breaks in a way I never imagined.
My dad, the strongest man I’ve ever known, took his final breath—and with it, a part of mine.

He was more than a father. He was a protector, a provider, a wise soul with a gentle heart. A loving husband, a proud grandfather, and the kind of dad I’ll always thank God for letting me call mine.

I am proud—so deeply proud—to have been his daughter.
To have learned from his strength, his humility, his quiet resilience.
He taught me what love looks like in action.
What family truly means.
And how to face life with courage.

Though he’s no longer by my side, his love, his laugh, and his lessons will live on in every part of me.

Manny, Monica, and I will take care of Mom—just like you would have wanted.
And we’ll make sure your great-grandkids know exactly who you were,
through all the stories, the laughter, and the legacy you left behind.

Te amo, papá. Thank you for everything.
Rest easy. We’ve got it from here. #fuckcancer #iamhisdaughter👑 #heavengainedanangel #restinpeace #mydadmyhero by @michelleq_1111

She’s the best of me. Better than I’ll ever be. And that’s okay. That’s good. She deserves it all. She makes me believe I’m worth something. She has a spirit that cannot be tamed.” “Her love for life is infectious, and her adventurous spirit knows no bounds!
