Great Easter Weekend in NYC! Core memories were made ❤️ by @michellereed618

Nobody said it would be easy. Reinventing yourself at 47 years old and putting yourself out there ain’t for the faint of heart. Having no choice but to be vulnerable and smile through the blood, sweat and tears but the smile is genuine. I really love what I do now and the difference it makes in people’s lives. Building a business takes time and there are no short cuts. I’ve already made many mistakes but I’m here for the long haul because we are building something special ❤️❤️ by @michellereed618

We had a strong 💪 group this morning for our first reformer preview class! It was such a pleasure getting to teach them! I never thought I would enjoy teaching so much but every time I get on the mic everything else goes away and for 50 minutes I get to serve the people taking class. What an honor it is! Thank you to anyone who has taken one of my classes and to anyone who will in the future!! If you have never tried Pilates, this is your sign! We open Preston Hollow on November 17th. Get your founding membership now!!!

Spent this very special birthday surrounded by beautiful scenery and people. So grateful! Life looks very different than it did just a few years ago and I will say I’m both proud and humbled. Thank you to my best girlies Morgan and Rachel for making me feel so special and to Arisha for making the trip and forcing me to “get outside” 🤣 a few lessons I’ve learned along the way: experiences > things, move your body (I recommend Pilates, heavy weights and some cardio mixed in), cherish the moments you have with loved ones (and your alone time) - life goes by fast, take photos for the memories, not for the gram (well you can do that too lol)…I have a lot more and I’m still learning but that’s all for now! Love you all and THANK YOU to every single person who thought of me on my birthday #50andfabulous by @michellereed618

Happy Birthday to my one and only child! I love hanging out with you and celebrating you @morganhudgins! You are so cool, funny, smart and of course beautiful. Keep shining my little star! ⭐️ by @michellereed618

Bye 2023! What a year it was. Some of my favorite moments with some of my favorite people! #mylife by @michellereed618

Happy Birthday my Morg! You are so generous, hard working, funny, compassionate, passionate, fun, smart, resourceful, adventurous, stylish and many more things! I’m in awe of the woman you are. I love watching you navigate life with grace and courage. You make me proud to be your mom every single day! Cheers to you! I hope you enjoy your day! Here are a few of my favorite pictures of us from the past couple of months doing some of the things we love (travel, Pilates, and the Drake concert)! Xoxo by @michellereed618
