Empowering artists to lead with clarity, balance, and, purpose.

Since I started working in the music industry, I’ve been drawn to working with artists. There’s a unique sensitivity within them that often gets lost in the hustle of a capitalist society, where productivity is often emphasised. Artists are not linear thinkers; they dance to the rhythm of their own creativity.

Creativity needs space.✨

But I believe there’s a better way — a path where we prioritize self-awareness, surround ourselves with genuine care, and cherish art beyond its outcomes.

In this world driven by results, I stand for a different paradigm. As a transformational coach for artists, I’m here to champion you, with no hidden agenda. My mission is clear: to support and guide artists like you towards a more sustainable life and career, helping you transcend self-imposed beliefs and embrace the unique way your mind works.

It’s about embracing your journey, nurturing your well-being, and celebrating your artistry, not just the numbers.

Let’s challenge the norm and create a space where your authenticity thrives. Together, we’ll shape a path that’s true to you, filled with meaning, rooted in genuine support and, a sprinkle of magic. 🤍✨

Reflecting on an incredible year! ✨

I had the privilege of being the International PR for Sónar Barcelona’s 30th edition — a truly unforgettable experience filled with energy, creativity, and diversity. It’s been professionally rewarding and personally inspiring.

I’ve connected with artists, industry pros, and aspiring talents, becoming a mentor and transformational coach along the way. Guiding them in the music industry’s dynamic landscape and helping them execute their creative visions has been truly an honor.

Some exciting news: I’m now also collaborating with @emma.community as an Event Manager, shaping impactful events with artists’ managers. It aligns perfectly with my passion for fostering connections and change in the music scene.

I’m filled with excitement for future collaborations! Whether mentorship or coaching, I’m here for soul-led individuals making a difference in music.

If you’re an artist or aspiring to make your mark, let’s connect and explore how I can support your journey.

Let’s create extraordinary experiences and shape the music industry’s present and future! 🙏🏽✨

Last week at MIL @mil_lisbon I had the pleasure of moderating two panels:

“Fair Pay: Who Can Afford Fair Pay?” and
“Beyond the Headliner: Who Takes the Risk?”

Both conversations reinforced one key message: we can’t build a sustainable music industry without protecting the people who make it possible.

Our music ecosystem needs fairer working conditions, stronger regulations, social protection for artists, and more investment in local talent, independent venues and grassroots music communities.

The challenge now is to turn dialogue into meaningful action.

Grateful to all the panellists and MIL for making these discussions possible! ♥️

Honored to have participated in the panel, “The Role of Managers: Too Much Multitasking?” at @westwaylab alongside Antonio Cunha from UGURU, moderated by Gordon Masson from @iq.mag.

It’s crucial to discuss these topics in our ever-evolving music industry. Proud of the incredible work we do at @emma.community, helping to connect and strengthen the careers of music managers across Europe.

In a world increasingly pushing us toward individualism, it’s super important to nurture a community where the ripple effect can provoke much-needed changes in the music ecosystem.

after a busy, intense and exciting period of work with sónar, this birthday present from my chosen sisters came at the right time.
divine timing.

road trip to tarragona. to the mountain overlooking the mediterranean sea.
nature. fresh air. phone on airplane mode — most of the time.

ten beautiful women heard the calling to gather together for the summer solstice. to look inwards.

alba, salvador and apolo — the guardian dog — welcomed us into their home and guided us on this soul-searching journey.

agua de florida, meditation, sound-healing baths, sacred practices, sleepless nights, power naps, delicious meals under the trees, covered sky, the full moon being shy but being present.
nourishment for the soul.

a magical ritual to lose yourself. I found my self. I remembered. feels familiar.
i’m living my goddesses fantasy.

palo santo, barefoot in the sacred 7 circuit labyrinth, bravery, hesitance, should I go next?
it’s already written in the stars.

the fire receives our deepest desires. the tears, the hopes, the goodbyes to loved ones, one last encounter. the release. we came out lighter. fuller.
is this real?
a meditative chant for the goddesses in my head.
pure beauty.
fireworks in the horizon.

a closing ceremony. a heartfelt goodbye.

cleansing dip in the sea, soft skins, perfect bodies, kind and courageous souls.
have you been working out?

hello summer.
the age of love.

overwhelmed with gratitude and love. 🤍✨
