this is what a good day looks like ♡truly, I was so excited to spend friday in aarhus with my favourite companymy best friend and I spent the day shopping for jewellery from @stineajewelry I really needed to upgrade my collection, and I found the prettiest pieces therethe staff was so sweet and welcomingand of course, Marvel managed to make some new friends ♡my best friend and I even got matching rings — gifted by Stine A herselfsuch a thoughtful gesture ♡we enjoyed some moules frites and ice cream laterI got butter caramel and mango sorbet at @markedshallen.nicolinehus so deliciousour walks and talks are just the bestso much laughter alwayswe’ve known each other our whole livesfriendships like this are rare ♡the atmosphere at Aarhus Ø is lovelyso many people out enjoying the sunny weatherit’s such a vibrant areaand I think this day set a new record for how many people said hi to Marvel — people of all agesit was wild in the best way ♡Marvel loved every second of itmore days like this,am I right?sending love ♡#minivlog #digitaldiary #shoppingday #ootd #aarhusø by @michellesgroenning

to be honest, I wasn’t sure about this post since I didn’t want it to become a personality trait or identitybut since May is Mental Health Awareness Month, I thought it was important to shine alight on exactly that— so let’s do ita few weeks ago I experienced increased exhaustion, frustrationand feeling behind— followed by a guilt loop for not showing up the way I wanted tothen finally, the need to retreat and process it allthe body speaks but are we listening?burnout happens —and chances are it didn’tcome overnightbut here’s what I learned:accept it, feel it,and take one step at atime to move through itthat’s how you get back faster ♡yes, movement is keyI felt it last week whenmy energy started tocome backa new haircut and colour, matcha and bagels in Aarhus on a sunny day with favourite people and Marvel?I like to think it all helpspouring into my own cupand getting my energy back— it brings joy, for realstay safe, stay mentally healthy,and stay sexy cause summeris coming lolwhether it’s one bad day or day one, you’re gonna be okay— peace out ♡#digitaldiary #update #mentalwellbeing #slowdown #takecareofyourselffirst by @michellesgroenning

Photoshoot and fashion – continuing from my first look ✨A little storytelling 🌟💕For years, I’ve been interested in photography, but I always preferred being behind the camera 📸Slowly, I’m becoming more comfortable in front of it – and then this really awesome thing happened.A couple of months ago, I saw a post on good old Facebook where a photography studio was looking for someone to shoot portraits. I signed up, forgot about it… and a few days later they texted me that I had been picked!I did the shoot in March 🌟Since I already had thoughts about fashion and creating outfits (especially for SoMe), it felt like a natural chance to combine that with learning to be in front of the camera.Considering this was my first real studio photoshoot, I’m really pleased with how it went. I only had 90 minutes, but it ended up being almost 3 hours in total including selecting the images.
