I love blocking out the acting in animation the most out of all the other steps I think lolI’m determined to clean up this whole thing, it’s a few shots set to a minute or so of dialogue, just roughing it out right now Delver is voiced by the Swiss Army knife of voice acting himself @cbushoven, go check out his work!Literally nailed Delver’s voice, the performance is stellar and gives me so much to work with! 🦅 by @michiganimator

Forcing myself to be more comfortable with posting roughs and thumbnailsAlso on just getting the idea down and not agonizing over clean up for something that is literally supposed to be the preliminary brainstorm phase, there’s a unique kind of life in the first draft that’s notoriously hard to implement in the polished version. At least how it feels for me anyway Plus I love seeing the process behind other people’s art so I know other people appreciate it too by @michiganimator

Custom Character Sketch Sheet CommissionAlways a pleasure to draw this character, and even more fun to explore his more animalistic tendencies!I’m a sucker for animal characters that balance anthro and feral traits and mannerisms, it’s one of the reasons I feel animal characters are so effective in storytelling and world building. Will their nature become a conflicting force to suppress in their society, or can they fully embrace their instincts? Been working of scene layout and thumbnails to make sure my boards and scene illustrations are as optimized as possible and these commission options just really scratch my brain in a good way so I had to share Commissions are my priority rn but rest assured I WILL be uploading some artfight attacks soon! by @michiganimator

Oh wormEpisode 9 was... kind of a let down for me honestly. To me it felt like there's too many plot holes and unfinished character arcs/moments that came to a screeching halt or happened too fast to feel organicI think the show's pacing would have benefited from more episodes, maybe more flash backs to the beginning of the circus to make sense of how everything was set into motion?I have my own theories and au/headcanons to fill the gaps but I'll keep them to myself, I'm just here to draw not rewrite anything lol take my opinion with a grain of salt 🫡 overall I enjoyed the show and the tremendous amount of talent and work put into it! The future of indie animation is looking brighter than ever right now! by @michiganimator
