Change and Process | 4.30.26

-

‘Change and Process’ is a reflection on how my life as an artist and musician has been molded over time. Each piece in this program undergoes some sort of “change,” such as themes and variations, minimalism, and process music. This program also explores themes of “change” in a more figurative sense by reflecting on the “changes” humans have made to the natural world- for better or worse.

Program:

Don’t Worry… He Never Felt a Thing / Christopher Butler

Amores / John Cage (in Four Movements)
*I/IV Arranged for Prepared Vibraphone*

Rideau à L’aurore / Hao Yuan Chiu

Burritt Variations / Alejandro Viñao

Sacred Garbage Patch / Evan Gedert
