Meet Michon Leddy, PA-C ✨

With more than 20 years in aesthetic medicine, Michon is passionate about helping patients achieve natural, balanced results that enhance—not change—what makes them uniquely beautiful.

As an MD Codes™ Mentee and Allergan Medical Institute Trainer, she combines science, anatomy, and artistry while mentoring providers across the country. Whether she’s treating patients or teaching colleagues, her goal is always the same: to help others look, feel, and become their very best.

When she’s not in the treatment room or at the podium, you’ll find her continuing to learn—because excellence is her journey, never her destination.

✨ It’s not just about what product you inject. It’s also how you inject it. ✨

With the JUVÉDERM® family of filkers, which one used matters. The strategy behind where, why, and in what sequence you inject is what makes the difference.

Using the MD Codes™ methodology, beginning with a full-face assessment and a plan designed around your anatomy, structure, and goals.

Lift. Define. Refine.

Address structural support first, then consider contour and refinement. Lips may be part of the plan, but they’re rarely the starting point.

With 20+ years of injecting experience and as an MD Codes™ mentee and trainer, Michon treats with intention—not simply adding volume.

The goal? Balanced, natural-looking results that still look like you. 🤍

✨ MD Codes™ Training | St. Louis Park, MN ✨

I had the pleasure of spending time with a wonderful small group of injectors at Life Time Fitness during their annual summit, with a training focused on MD Codes™.

This group was such a joy to teach! They were engaged, curious, asked thoughtful questions, and were genuinely open to learning and growing. Their enthusiasm and willingness to learn made the experience especially rewarding. 🤍

I love sharing the MD Codes™ philosophy and helping fellow injectors see how a thoughtful facial assessment and intentional treatment planning can elevate their approach.

We’re all students in this field, and there’s something special about learning and growing together. ✨

✨Two providers, one conversation.✨

At most places your injector and your doctor never compare notes. Here it happens daily, and it changes what you walk out with.

Your labs inform your aesthetics. Your aesthetics inform your labs.

One plan, built by people who talk to each other. 🤍 by @michon.pa

Kinda chic to believe all these things about aesthetics... 🤍

The best compliment we get is when someone says you look rested.

Not “what did you have done?” Not a guess at the procedure. Just that something looks better and nobody can say exactly what.

That’s the whole goal here. You, on a really good day. 🖤

We work together as a team helping each patient feel their very best on the inside to the outside. by @michon.pa

Nobody walks into our office and gets eleven minutes.

That’s a real choice we made about how this place runs. Longer appointments, actual conversations, and enough time to hear the whole story instead of the first symptom.

Because the answer is usually somewhere in the part people assume isn’t relevant. 🖤 by @michon.pa

✨You’ve been putting topical hyaluronic acid on your skin✨

It’s in half the serums on your shelf.

SKINVIVE™ by JUVÉDERM® is hyaluronic acid injected directly into the skin, where it provides hydration, smoothness and that coveted glow that lasts- instead of just sitting on the surface.

No filler. Nothing added, nothing reshaped. It’s about the quality of the skin on your face and neck- the part that shows up in every photo and every mirror.

Results last 6-9 months. Individual results vary.

You’ll meet the front desk before you meet anyone else.✨

Which matters more than it sounds like it should. The first voice on the phone, the face at the counter, the person who remembers your name the second time you come in.

A clinic is only as good as the people you talk to on the way in and on the way out.

Come see who you’ll be seeing. 🤍 by @michon.pa

Two clinics. Two trainings. One shared commitment to elevating the standard of care. ✨

I had the opportunity to travel to Montana for two Allergan Medical Institute trainings, working with new injectors building their foundation in BOTOX® Cosmetic and experienced injectors refining their approach to JUVÉDERM® in more advanced techniques.

As a PA-C with 20 years of aesthetic injection experience, Allergan Medical Institute trainer, and MD Codes™ mentee and trainer, I believe great injecting goes far beyond knowing where to place the needle.

It’s about a complete full face consultation first… Followed by: understanding anatomy, respecting facial structure, and knowing why each treatment decision matters.

Across both trainings, we focused on anatomy, precision, efficiency, safety, and thoughtful treatment planning—helping injectors build confidence while developing a more intentional, anatomy-driven approach to their patients.

After two decades in aesthetics, I remain a lifelong student. Sharing knowledge, mentoring other injectors, and helping elevate the next generation of aesthetic providers is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Grateful to @allergan_medical_institute for the opportunity to teach, connect, and continue advancing our field. And thank you to both Montana clinics for welcoming me!

Train with intention. Inject with purpose. 🤍 by @michon.pa
