We landed on a far away island they call Belle-Île-en-Mer. A friend (thank you @arnaudcontreras) told me to go say hi to Catherine and Bénédicte, the amazing caretakers of a little paradise of books called @liberlibrairie 🙏 We felt so good that we just settled in, took out the guitar and cello w/ Maëva Le Berre, and drank the delicious words in the books and read elixirs to calm our souls. We missed @jelisavet who arrived only later and thought of her strong as we played her string arrangements. Another great radio and musical adventure with old & new friends 🦉Do you know animals who have a sense of humour ?When did you stop thinking that you were becoming more intelligent or do you still think you are ?If you stopped at what age ?Here are some of the 100+ questions by Swiss writer Max Frisch asked in his essay « Questionnaire » written in the 70’s. We performed some of these questions with young actresses and actors from the @jeunetheatrenational : @melodieadda, @yesukhei.altantsetseg, @sidonie.vilasboas, @emilaimoon, Blanche Plagnol, and @tiago_rodrigues_teatro - playwright and director of the wonderful @festivaldavignon - who gave his very personal answers ! And just like that, it’s already been five years - half a decade - since my first album was released. The musical plan was in the name of the album, « Southern Wave » : a fine line between cold and steamy, tremors and stillness.It’s a chronicle of the middle of the middle. The result of the post-@moriartytheband years, and a year-long wandering from Duluth down through Missouri to the Louisiana coast.The album was made possible by its wonderful musicians - @rowenberrou, @jelisavet, Vincent Talpaert - its fabulous producer - @taurellevincent - and the great recording studio - @studioblackboxfrance - and many others. Perhaps, as you listen to this album again, you’ll let yourself be carried away by the sound of waves crashing in a cave on Lake Superior; by train announcements at Chicago’s Union Station, by roadside thoughts from anonymous geniuses ?It’s still available via the link in my bio!I can’t wait for what’s next!@airrytmo X @modulormusic 💿 by @mick.strauss

It’s always humbling to approach the greatests ! Working on a new performance project somewhere in the middle of circus, dance, theatre, music.It’s the story of Willow, in the vertigo of our troubled times and how find peace.@viiviroiha is Willow. She dances, carries and climbs on stones.@mick.strauss is Will (Willow’s imaginary friend). He plays live music and creates the soundscape.Viivi and Mick are writing the show. It’s in progress…Henna Kaikula is the outside eye,Echo du Nid was the choir for this test-run,@lineae.cie is producing.Always looking for support and places to try out - if you have a nice backyard and a nice tree !
