“Sheep Is Life!” 🤎🐏🐑

These words are so POWERFUL!

Looking back a few years again I wouldn’t even have thought that I would be inheriting sheep, yet alone even call myself a shepherd! Wah! Ehhhh🤠

When someone entrusts you with their life’s work it makes you have a total different outlook on what your capable of and how hard your working, even when you feel like you are accomplishing nothing at all in your own eyes.

In 2015, my late paternal grandmother made the journey and she left her legacy all in my hands, without me knowing. I will be honest I didn’t want it at first, because I could hear the backlash of relatives saying I asked for it from her! But after words were said and done, I quickly come to realize why she did what she did and that changed my decision quickly. So I decided to hold on dear to what she entrusted to me!
Had she not, who knows what would have become of her flock!

The first two photos are of her sheep 1st is her lambs & the 2nd is her flock as whole, they are so precious! photos after are of my lambs to date! Continuing her linage is my work!

I truely amaze myself at how far I have come even when at times it doesn’t seem like nothing at all. I still have a lot of work to do to accomplish even more with them! I’m grateful doesn’t even begin to describe what the feeling feels like!

There will be good times and bad times, but how we choose to reaction to each situation determines our growth!

Most people looking from the outside would say that the flock depends on me, but in hind site it’s actually the other way around I depend more on them then they do on me! They inspire me to be the best version of myself everyday! Dibé baa shił hózhǫ́ǫ́

RESILIENCE. ADAPTABILITY.

I am very thankful for the many blessing I have! Another year has pass. A new year to set new goals, focus my energy on what I need to get done. One may find themselves at a stand still at times but keep focus and don’t over think on what you have to get done. Just take it one step at a time and you will surprise yourself on what you can get accomplished! 🤎💪🐏🐑
